The benefit is that it makes our organization more resilient while keeping the process efficient and engaging. It’s clear that Moxso knows its product very well and takes good care of its customers. **What do you dislike about Moxso?** We had one issue where we weren’t able to send notifications to our users. Moxso reacted quickly to the problem and resolved it within 4 hours, which was really satisfying. **What problems is Moxso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moxso enables us to run awareness training and phishing simulations in an easy, straightforward way. We use it a lot across the organization. For us, it’s also the simplest way to comply with regulations related to awareness training, which is a requirement under NIS2 or D-mærket. ### 3. The secure awareness courses are a good return on user time and effort. The phishing awareness training is fun and challenging. We're very happy with the content of the courses, the micro-learning approach, and the option to build out custom courses. **What do you dislike about Moxso?** The out-of-the-box automation workflows didn't perfectly align with our needs, specifically with regards to our annual-recurring compliance requirements and adding new users to the group throughout the year. That said we were able to get everything working nicely with a few adjustments and some support from our account manager. **What problems is Moxso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Humans are usually the weakest link in an organization's security defense. Moxso helps us meet our compliance training requirements and sharpens our team's security awareness, keeping us vigilant and thinking about security in our day-to-day work. ### 4. It's simple to set up and use, and the videos are much better than many other platforms, no stupid questions like what color was the person wearing in the video, but actually relevant content questions only. I also appreciate the amazing custom content feature that allows for flexibility when specific subjects aren't covered. **What do you dislike about Moxso?** The automation feature feels a bit lacking for some of our use-cases. There are workarounds luckily, so nothing blocking, and they are quick to resolve the issues or add the features. **What problems is Moxso solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moxso gives us an easy way for employees to undergo required training and provides management with an overview, making compliance simple. ### 5. The only thing we have been cautious about is the leaderboard feature. Gamification is generally positive, but in our case a few users became very focused on earning points, which led to some concerns about time spent on the platform. **What problems is Moxso solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a school and public institution, we need to ensure that our users receive awareness training. Moxso gives us an effective and engaging way to do this, helping us improve cyber security awareness step by step. It makes it easier to build better habits among employees without overwhelming them. ### 6.
