If errors occur, it can be difficult to understand the system, and it is quite cumbersome to get an overview of the maturity in your organization, which is not just a ranking list. That part is not as intuitive as I would like, even though I can usually understand the use of new systems without much help. Additionally, we received a poor onboarding where, for example, we were not sufficiently introduced to the system's functionality. Our CSM set it up for us and let it go quite quickly. We received no help or useful material from our CSM, even though we repeatedly requested some material. However, we have received a new CSM who seems more helpful. I like Moxso for its especially good quality videos and the ease of tracking training progress. The configurability and phishing campaigns are also notable features. The quality of the material makes the training much more efficient, and the gamification aspect, where I can track progress, is fun for end users and drives adoption. What really stands out is that unlike Cybr's AI animated videos, Moxso uses real people, which makes it more desirable. The gamification aspect of Moxso could be improved. Right now, I find myself having to rely on Excel or PowerBI to track progress through the gamification feature, which feels unnecessary and cumbersome. It would be great if these features were more robustly built into the dashboard. I've used other awareness training platforms before and the experience was always the same. Click through the modules, pass the quiz, move on. Nobody learned anything and the phishing simulations felt completely random.

Moxso is different. The simulations are actually relevant to what's happening in our industry right now, and the training adapts to where I personally struggle, not just what the whole company needs to cover.

As a user it feels less like compliance and more like something that's actually trying to make me better at spotting threats. The interface is clean and the experience is smooth. I don't dread it when I get a notification.

Moxso doesn’t refine what they’ve built. A lot of the functions are poorly made and not optimized. In many places, there’s a lack of simple, basic functionality—for example, clicking on a person’s name should open their profile. It works in some places, but not in others. Issues like that are everywhere. It feels like they were in a rush to release it and then forgot to go back and fix things, while the focus is mainly on adding new functions behind a paywall. I think that the focus should be on refining what is made and expanding, and not behind a paywall. It does not cost more to write code, but it expands the functions and makes it more desirable. Test emails raise awareness and remind us of potential digital threats, thereby improving the ability to spot phishing emails. However, I'm not always sure if it's a phishing email and spot it myself, but if I'm in any doubt, I check with our IT department. Since I started, I've opened phishing emails, so it's good.
