"My honest experience with Monday CRM"
3.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I've been using Monday CRM for a while now, and it's honestly been a solid experience overall.

The first thing that stood out to me was the UI. Everything looks clean and modern, and it's pretty easy to figure out where everything is without spending hours watching tutorials. Setting up pipelines and customizing boards was a lot more straightforward than I expected.

I also like how well it integrates with the other tools we already use. Connecting emails, calendars, and other apps didn't take much effort, and the automations have saved us quite a bit of time on repetitive tasks.

Performance has been great for the most part. Pages load quickly, automations run reliably, and I haven't run into any major slowdowns during normal day-to-day use.

Pricing isn't the cheapest out there, but I think the value is worth it if you're actually making use of the automations and workflow features. It definitely helps cut down on manual work, so it ends up paying for itself over time.

Getting started was easier than I expected too. There are plenty of guides and templates available, and whenever I had questions, I was able to find answers pretty quickly. Support has also been helpful whenever I needed it.

The AI features are a nice bonus. They're not revolutionary, but they're genuinely useful for things like generating content, summarizing updates, and speeding up routine tasks. I can see them becoming even more useful as they continue to improve.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Monday CRM if you're looking for something that's easy to use, flexible, and powerful enough to grow with your team. It's not perfect, but it's one of the better CRM platforms I've worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I really wanted to like Monday CRM, but after using it for a while, there were a lot of things that became frustrating.

The UI looks great at first, but once your workspace starts growing, it can feel cluttered fast. There are so many customization options that even simple tasks sometimes take more clicks than they should, and finding certain settings isn't always intuitive.

The integrations are decent, but some of the more useful ones either require higher-tier plans or extra setup through third-party automation tools. I was expecting a smoother experience without having to jump through additional hoops.

Performance has also been hit or miss for me. Smaller boards work fine, but larger projects with lots of automations can start feeling sluggish. I've also run into occasional delays with updates syncing, which isn't ideal when multiple people are working at the same time.

Pricing is probably my biggest complaint. It starts out looking reasonable, but once you need more advanced features or your team grows, the costs add up pretty quickly. It feels like some features that should be standard are locked behind more expensive plans.

The onboarding experience wasn't as smooth as I expected either. There are plenty of tutorials, but because the platform is so customizable, it sometimes feels like you're expected to figure out the "right" way to build your own system. Customer support has been okay, but getting answers to more complex questions can take longer than I'd like.

As for the AI features, they feel more like nice extras than something I'd actually rely on every day. They're helpful once in a while, but I don't think they're advanced enough to justify choosing Monday CRM over another platform.

Overall, Monday CRM has plenty of potential, but for me, the growing complexity, rising costs, and occasional performance issues outweighed the benefits. It isn't a bad product, but I expected a smoother experience considering the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Visually Pleasing, and Quick to Rearrange"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like most about monday CRM is how intuitive it is to use. The interface is clean, visually appealing, and it's very easy to navigate, even when managing a large number of deals or contacts. The drag-and-drop functionality makes it quick to reorganise pipelines and update records, which helps keep everything organised without feeling like an administrative task.

Overall, the platform feels responsive and well designed, and I rarely have to spend time figuring out where things are. It's a CRM that doesn't get in the way of your work, making it easier to stay on top of tasks and collaborate with the rest of the team.

The only integration I use directly is with Clockify and it works fine. I never needed their support and never used their AI tools, so my perspective on these at the moment is neutral. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

One downside I've noticed is that the platform can occasionally be a bit glitchy. It's not something that happens often enough to stop me from using it, but every now and then a page doesn't refresh properly or requires another click to update.

I also found that the default notification settings are quite aggressive. Without adjusting them, it's easy to receive more notifications than necessary, which can become distracting. It would be helpful if the default notification preferences were a bit more conservative or if there were a simpler onboarding step to help users customise them from the start. "User-Friendly, Customisable Platform That Keeps Teams Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I like that it's very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for teams to get up and running quickly. Everything is kept in one central place, which makes tracking projects, tasks, contacts, and communication much more efficient. I also appreciate how customisable the platform is, allowing it to be adapted to different workflows, departments, and business needs. The dashboards, automations, and reporting features help keep everyone aligned and provide good visibility across projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

One challenge has been managing variations, purchase orders, and the integration with Xero for invoicing. While monday CRM has the capability to support these processes, setting them up and streamlining the workflow can be a bit complex and still requires further development on our side. That said, the platform is highly flexible, and I believe there are features and automations available that we can make better use of to improve these areas. "Game-changer for workflow organization and cross-team collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I appreciate most about monday CRM is its highly visual, intuitive UI/UX. The customizable drag-and-drop boards make it easy to track deals and manage pipeline stages, which has made the process feel effortless and saves our team hours of spreadsheet updates each week. It’s also improved our overall performance and day-to-day workflow by pulling us away from scattered communication.

With automated task notifications, clear item assignments, and centralized activity logs, everyone on the team knows exactly who owns each task at any given time. Another unexpected benefit has been the strength of its native AI and integration ecosystem. Connecting monday CRM directly to our email and internal chat tools—combined with AI-driven summaries and automated lead routing—helps us respond to opportunities faster while cutting down on repetitive data entry.

Overall, the platform delivers a great support interface, strong ROI by streamlining cross-team communication, performance and giving us complete clarity over our operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

While monday CRM is highly effective overall, there are a few areas that could be improved:

Pricing Tier Limits & ROI for Small Teams: The pricing structure can be somewhat rigid. Certain advanced features—such as deep reporting analytics, high-volume automation runs, and complex permission settings—are locked behind higher-tier plans (Pro or Enterprise). For smaller teams or scaling businesses, this jump in cost can impact the platform's overall ROI.

Advanced Integrations & Custom Formulas: While basic integrations (like email syncing) work well, setting up complex multi-step integration sequences or advanced formula columns requires a steep learning curve. Enhancing the formula builder with more intuitive guides or expanded pre-built integration templates would greatly reduce setup friction.

Performance with Massive Datasets: When handling extremely large datasets with hundreds of active boards and automated triggers, board load times can occasionally slow down. Optimizing system performance for heavy data processing and offering more granular onboarding support for advanced database architecture would improve the long-term user experience. "Game Changer CRM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday.com has truly transformed the way I manage projects, delegate tasks, and keep my team aligned. I love how visual and intuitive the platform is—it gives me a clear snapshot of what’s happening across multiple workflows, whether it’s sales, marketing, or event planning. The ability to customize each board to match our exact processes allows us to stay organized without being boxed into a rigid system. I especially appreciate the automations and status updates that reduce the need for constant follow-ups and reminders.

One of my favorite features is how easy it makes collaboration. With Monday.com, my assistant and I can stay on the same page, track progress in real time, and assign action items that are never lost or forgotten. It helps streamline communication with internal team members and external vendors, making our business operations more efficient and productive. It’s more than a project management tool—it’s a central hub that brings clarity, accountability, and structure to everything we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I don’t like that you have to purchase user licenses in blocks of five. It’s frustrating when you only need one or two extra users but are forced to pay for five. For small or growing teams, this pricing model doesn’t feel fair or scalable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Integrate, with Simple Performance Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

It’s been very easy to use and integrate, and it was simple to get my staff to start using all the platforms I’ve created. I really like the automations I can set up because they help me monitor performance. I can also track my staff’s performance easily, and I appreciate being able to incorporate all my boards within each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I don’t like that we have to pay for the workspace and the CRM separately. I really think there should be a bundled package for customers who use more than one module, instead of having to purchase each one on its own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Boards + GraphQL API: Turned monday into a Powerful Data Source"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

The flexibility of the board structure combined with the API access. I've been able to pull data out via GraphQL and sync it to Google Sheets across multiple boards, which let me build custom reporting and automations that fit our exact workflow rather than forcing us into a rigid template. The ability to structure boards per provider/deal and then query it all programmatically has been the biggest win for me — it turns monday from just a tracking tool into a data source I can build on top of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The API has some frustrating limits — pagination on GraphQL queries gets tedious when you're pulling larger datasets, and rate limits can slow down syncs. Some of the more advanced automations and integrations sit behind higher pricing tiers, so getting full value means paying up. And occasionally the flexibility works against you: with so many ways to structure boards, keeping things consistent across a team takes discipline that the tool doesn't really enforce on its own. "A Highly Customizable CRM That Keeps Teams Seamlessly Connected"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

The best part about Monday CRM is how user-friendly and customizable it is. It allows for seamless cross-departmental collaboration, organized follow-ups on support tickets (we use a board as a ticketing platform), and tailored boards for our specific workflows. Plus, the ability to create custom integrations is absolutely key for us to keep scaling the platform as we grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The main drawbacks for me are the search performance and the AI capabilities. Even using a powerful laptop, the search function can be quite slow to open and delayed in displaying results. Additionally, the AI tool isn't as advanced as others on the market; it still needs significant development before it can provide the level of assistance we see on competing platforms. "Highly Customizable CRM That Keeps Deals, Tasks, and Pipelines Perfectly Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like most about monday CRM is how customizable it is. It keeps my team, tasks, and pipelines organized in one place, automates repetitive work, and makes it easy to track every deal from start to finish. It saves time, improves communication, and helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with monday CRM, but there are a few things I’d improve. Some automations and integrations take time to learn, and setting up complex workflows can feel overwhelming at first. I also wish some CRM features required less customization out of the box, especially for mortgage and real estate workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CRM + Work Management All-in-One Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday CRM has an elegant way of letting items (and subitems) relate to each other. I can connect my organizations to my contacts, my projects, and more, which makes it easy to keep everything linked in one place. In my opinion, Monday’s pricing is relatively low, especially considering it combines both project management and CRM features.

Support is quick and attentive, and they also seem to genuinely listen to user feedback. There are frequent updates and improvements to the platform. I really enjoy the Gmail integration, too as I’m able to track all relevant emails within the monday E&A, and the whole emailing system feels simple and easy to use. I can create charts and dashboards to better manage our data flow. Automations are intuitive and straightforward to create and manage, especially their Workflows automation process, which runs insanely quickly. It takes only seconds to run a full workflow of automations, even when it contains 100 action blocks. Workflows is one of monday.com's best features by far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Sometimes, when there’s a lot of noise, the app can feel a bit slow. I also think the heavy focus on AI is unnecessary; while AI can be helpful, I’d rather see more practical, truly needed features added instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
