## About Modulos AI Governance Platform
Modulos AG is a Swiss company and ETH Zurich spin-off founded in 2018, building the world's first ISO/IEC 42001-certified AI governance platform. Modulos lets organizations manage AI governance, risk, and compliance from one platform, with human-in-the-loop AI agents that streamline the work across regulated environments. The platform connects frameworks, requirements, controls, and evidence into a single governance graph. Teams implement a control once and map it across the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, DORA, NIS2, and more than ten other regulations, which removes the duplicate work of maintaining separate implementations for each framework. Modulos quantifies AI risk in monetary terms in EUR, CHF, or USD, giving boards and auditors the financial figures they need rather than qualitative red-amber-green matrices. AI agents sit at the center of the platform. Scout answers conversational compliance questions and guides teams through controls. Agentic Runtime Inspection™ runs continuous, multi-step compliance checks across connected systems including GitHub, Jira, Google Drive, Azure, Prometheus, and Datadog. Compliance checks are defined in natural language as a test objective and pass criteria, then an agent executes them across systems and returns structured verdicts with evidence and reasoning. Every test result links back to the control it validates and becomes audit-ready evidence, with humans approving the outcomes. The platform also governs autonomous agents directly, inventorying them and applying frameworks such as the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic applications. Modulos serves financial services, transportation, utilities, mobility, telecommunications, and defense. It is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, an EU AI Pact signatory, and offers both managed cloud and dedicated single-tenant deployment for organizations with stricter data protection and sovereignty needs.
