modo Gestor Reviews & Product Details

modo Gestor is management software built specifically for barbershops in Brazil — not a generic scheduling tool adapted to the trade. Each shop gets a public booking page where clients pick service, professional and time 24/7, without tying up the owner's WhatsApp. Upfront payment by PIX or card — full price, deposit or fixed fee — cuts no-shows sharply. WhatsApp automation connects in one minute by QR code, using the number the shop already has, and fires confirmations, 24h and 1h reminders, review requests, birthday messages and win-back campaigns on its own. A coin-based commission model splits earnings fairly across walk-in services and membership plans alike, ending month-end disputes. Shops also run recurring membership clubs with automatic card billing, cash control, 70+ reports, digital loyalty cards and a dashboard that flags clients at risk of churning. Available on web, iOS and Android.
