Minotask Reviews & Product Details

Minotask is document processing software designed to simplify Intrastat reporting. The platform extracts line items from PDF invoices and suggests missing data to eliminate manual entry. Users upload invoices, select the reporting company and period, review extracted data, and export the report. Powered by AI, Minotask proposes tariff numbers and product weights while marking suggestions for review. Uncertain data is flagged for manual input to help maintain accuracy. The platform learns from verified entries and applies them to recurring products to reduce workload over time. Minotask supports multiple companies and keeps data separate to maintain integrity. Reports can be exported in XLSX or CSV formats for Intrastat compliance.
