"Built Our First Website With the Right Tone for a Care Organization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

The structure of the website stood out. Instead of building something generic, they organized the content around what a family would actually want to know when looking for elder care, starting with services and moving into who runs the home and how to get in touch. That sequencing was not something we specified in any brief. It reflected an understanding of our audience that made the final product more useful than we expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

The initial phase of the project lacked a clear content brief or intake document from their side. We spent the first couple of weeks going back and forth on what information was needed and in what format. A structured onboarding process at the start would have saved time and reduced some of the early confusion around responsibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Shopify Store Built for a Wide Smart Home Catalog: Functional, On Time, Room to Improve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

The product catalog structuring stood out. We carry a wide range across several smart home sub-categories, and organizing that in a way that's logical for a customer, not just for us internally, required some deliberate thinking. Mindrops approached this thoughtfully. The collection groupings make the store navigable without overwhelming a first-time visitor, which is not something every development team gets right on a product-heavy Shopify build. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

The project got off to a fast start, though a more structured visual discovery session upfront could have helped align expectations earlier and reduced some of the homepage revisions. The team was responsive throughout the process and worked collaboratively to refine the design. Adding a simple brand reference or onboarding exercise at the beginning could make future projects even smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Shopify store built well, though early design rounds needed more direction"
5/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

The product page structure was handled well. Each page gives enough visual and descriptive information without feeling cluttered, which matters in a category where customers need to feel confident before purchasing something they cannot physically examine. The collection organization also made sense from a browsing perspective. It was not the kind of layout that needed explanation to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

The initial design phase moved a bit too quickly without enough reference gathering upfront. The first concepts shared for the homepage did not reflect the brand tone closely enough, and it took additional revision cycles to correct that. Spending more time on visual alignment before jumping into design would have made that stage cleaner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Built a clean, functional site for an electrical services company"
4/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

The service section structure was handled well. Instead of a flat list of everything we offer, they separated our residential, commercial, and industrial services in a way that actually makes sense for how different clients approach us. The site loads quickly, works properly on mobile, and doesn't feel generic. For a company in the electrical services sector, having a responsive website that looks like it belongs to a serious business matters more than most people realize. What do you dislike about Mindrops?

Progress updates were not consistent during the project. Most of the time we had to initiate check-ins ourselves to find out where things stood. It was never a long wait once we asked, but a structured update cadence would have made the process feel more transparent. For clients who are not familiar with web development workflows, that kind of communication gap can feel unsettling even when the work itself is on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stable AMC Partner for an Aviation Recruitment Platform, with Room to Improve on Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

Their familiarity with how recruitment workflows need to function on mobile. Most of our candidates apply through phones, and the improvements to the application flow and document submission process reflected a practical understanding of that — not just a visual redesign. They didn't need extended explanation to grasp why mobile stability mattered more than aesthetic changes. That kind of contextual understanding is harder to find than technical skill alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

Milestone visibility during the AMC has been limited. There's no structured reporting on what's been worked on, what's pending, or what was resolved in a given period. For a long-term maintenance contract, that absence of documentation creates unnecessary ambiguity. A simple monthly activity log would go a long way toward building confidence in what's actually being managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Practical Web Development Experience That Delivered What We Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

What stood out most was that they made an effort to understand the business before getting into the design work. The renewable energy and industrial services space has a specific audience, and the way the service sections and overall structure came together reflected that understanding. The site did not feel generic. On top of that, communication throughout the project was steady and reliable, which made the entire process easier to manage on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

The initial design phase could have offered more options to choose from. We were presented with one concept direction fairly early and while the outcome worked well, having a couple of alternatives at that stage would have given us more confidence in the direction we chose. It is a relatively minor point but worth mentioning for anyone who prefers a more exploratory design process upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mindrops Delivered a Solid Platform with Good Technical Understanding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

The thing that worked best for us was that the team genuinely understood the product we were building. They did not just execute tasks, they understood the user base and built the UI/UX design around real user needs. For a platform targeting people in remote areas with limited tech exposure, that kind of thinking made a real difference in how the final product turned out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

In the initial days of the project, communication was a bit slow and we had to follow up a couple of times to get updates. But once the project picked up pace, the team became a lot more responsive and things moved smoothly from there. It was only an early phase issue and did not affect the final output in any way. "AI Invoice System That Reduced Manual Work for Our Finance Team"
5/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

They understood the problem we were trying to solve before jumping into the build. The AI extraction works well with different invoice formats which was the core thing we needed and they got it right. The project was delivered on time and the team stayed accessible throughout without us having to chase them for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

The handover documentation after go live could have been more detailed. It would have saved our team a few back and forth calls in the initial weeks after the system went live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Professional Website Development for Our CA Firm"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

The best part was the reliability and how approachable the team was during the project. They paid attention to small details in the responsive website and didn’t rush through things. Feedback was taken seriously, and changes were implemented without much back and forth. It made the whole experience quite smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

There wasn’t anything major that stood out as a concern. A few rounds of changes took slightly longer than expected, but the team kept communication clear throughout. The final responsive website was delivered as required, so it didn’t impact the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Mindrops?

The best part was how easy it was to work with their team. They built our website and mobile app, and made sure everything was done properly. We were happy with the quality, and the whole process felt simple and well managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mindrops?

Honestly, there is nothing major that we disliked. Our experience has been smooth overall, and the team handled things well. Any small concerns we had were taken care of quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
