Sap and MS teams both are user-friendly and combining both for work makes tasks easier. Downloading files from SAP and loading them in Teams for PBI refresh saves too much time and that too multiple files together.

The bad thing which I dislike is SAP getting times out or automation not working properly and because of that work gets disturbed. Sometimes SAP gets too slow which makes it hard to use.

If your dataset is very huge and coming directly from SAP then integrating it with teams is the best thing you can do for yourself and your company. It's one of the best available tools in the market.

MY all power bi dashboards datasets come from SAP which is integrated with SAP, this makes my task very easy and time-saving. Plus after SAP automation now it's working far better than before and saving time as well as the cost of my company.

**What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration for SAP Customer Experience?**

MS Teams is a very versatile software and its usage globally has grown over the pandemic. Microsoft has consistently enhanced its capabilities including integrations. The integration with SAP enables Sales Organisations traditionally using SAP software to now communicate in a faster and more robust manner using MS Teams and in the process enhancing the CX for SAP customers. I like the overall interface; ease of use and single place where I can do a lot of work on the SAP Sales Cloud Appointments!

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Integration for SAP Customer Experience?**

MS Teams App has been a bit laggy as compared to its counterparts like Google Hangouts etc - this issue seems a bit more in the  Microsoft Teams Integration for SAP Customer Experience and can be worked upon. The combined integrated application could be heavy and the companies may look at how to make them smoother to run a collaborative environment where multiple things are going on on the system like Calls; Mails etc with Clients

**What problems is Microsoft Teams Integration for SAP Customer Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to send files separately by mail or other channels and then update the status on the Sales Cloud and that can now be done collaboratively in one place which has helped the teams a lot in making their work effective and they are more productive than before! In this way, this integration has helped us!

At times, the data has to be prepared and manually uploaded, especially during the period close process when there are multiple Journal entries made by the users.

Communication and cascading information about the processes and activities, and the progress of the close and consolidation process are managed quite well and easily.

SAP and Microsoft has collaborated to integrate Microsoft Teams with some of the SAP business Apps. Customers can now integrate Teams with some of the SAP business cloud services like SAP sales and service cloud. The integration empowers organization's employees to engage easily with customers, conduct customers meetings with contextual notes and take actions on next steps with a few clicks by levaraging the integration.

SAP and Microsoft are still working on the areas so you might see some basics scenario available out-of the box. but We might need some more efforts if we really want to levarage complex scenarios.

Microsoft Teams has played a crucial role in connecting with my remote colleagues. It makes connecting and discussing among the team very smooth and convenient.

I don't like the UI of Microsoft Teams. It seems very boring. Although the features are very good but the UI and interactions could be improved a lot. Also, the active/inactive status of the users is delayed.

It's making the interactions very easy especially in the remote work culture. I am able to contact the respective person, search his/her name and do a video conference. The screen sharing option has made my work very efficient.

It was an easy step to take as the product was designed for sales and communication purposes. Teams is a robust platform and the SAP Customer experience integration with Teams was so productive. It paved a pathway for a pleasant experience.

Some functionality could be replaced or decommissioned post analyzing the usage, but overall the product is professional and gets the job done. The UI can be less cluttered.

UI can be less cluttered, most of the functions or options should be targeted for a specific type of user. A new profile type can be introduced that show those contents that are necessary to a specific user and an option to hide those data points that are not relevant.

It is a collaborative platform enhancement wherein now it is possible to have collaboration between designers, peers, sales with video conferencing. Most of the collaboration happens in between the projects. But here it will be possible to get this capability across teams and organization.

Data security and transparency might be a factor of consideration. But this culd be avoided by company wide policy, that could help create better governance. It could help in building trust with customers too.

The best thing i like are, we can make conversations with teams and channel, we can invite anyone.use of channel in teams is a good feature. Document storage in sharepoint is on top notch.online video calling and screen sharing make our meeting more interactive.

There are so many unknown features for new user. They might be confused how to use those features. Sometimes you don't get notification for events or join meeting.

Seamless integration with the SAP Sales Cloud application. Able to close connections easily with the Teams integration without having to switch applications and get the relevant data.

Works great for enterprise customers who already have Teams licenses in place. For non-teams customer, it is a bit of clunky approach for them to get to join a meeting.

Click to connect with customers, don't have to provision or setup conferencing tools to get into a meeting. Easy scheduling on calendar as well. Overall it's elevated the experience.
