"One-Click AI Across M365 Apps with Powerful GPT Models"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The best thing I like about Microsoft Copilot is that it’s integrated with all M365 apps like Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc. I can access AI help inside these work apps with just one click. There’s also no need to install separate AI apps, since I already have Microsoft Copilot installed on my Windows and it’s always one click away. On top of that, it provides strong and powerful GPT models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

It feels a bit more complex compared to other options, and at times I’ve found it to be inaccurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This customization lets me use Microsoft Copilot in a versatile way. Additionally, it helps me analyze things pretty quickly, so I don't have to spend hours on tasks. I appreciate how it's extremely easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I find it challenging to know exactly what to prompt Microsoft Copilot. Sometimes it's hard to get what I want out of it, and I often have to go back and give more detailed specifics after it starts giving me a product. I need to revise that product with different prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive synthesis of meetings and Excel, but Office integration sometimes capricious"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What really amazes me is the way the tool manages to synthesize hours of Teams meetings into a structured report with precise action points for each participant. Its ability to analyze endless Excel spreadsheets to extract trends or create charts through a simple natural language command is quite a phenomenal time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The integration of Microsoft Copilot into the Office suite can sometimes be fickle, with suggestions appearing somewhat unexpectedly when one is trying to concentrate alone. The cost of the license for Microsoft Copilot remains a significant investment for a small organization, and one sometimes wonders if the return on investment is immediate for all profiles.
