"Fast, Efficient, and Insightful—But Pricing Needs More Flexible Discounts"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

There are many real benefits to using Copilot, but it’s important to remember that there can also be downsides to relying on AI.

What I like most, especially working in IT, is that it can often spot underlying issues that aren’t easily discovered or visible to the human eye. It can also take a tediously slow, manual, repetitive task and help get it done in seconds.

It works well, is fast and efficient, and is easy to use. I like that it integrates with Microsoft products too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Cost is a bit high. I understand for a few licenses, but there should be higher discounts the higher you go for smaller companies. Or maybe the discount could be based on the % of your tenant's licensed users who also have Copilot licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Microsoft Integration and UI, but RAM-Heavy and Sometimes Interfering"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The integration of Copilot across various Microsoft products is very good. The language model also performs well, handling everything from basic tasks to more complex reasoning, and it has a better UI with different themes and easy interface than most of its competitors. The software comes included with Microsoft Windows so its very muchfree for a very decent LLM model, the con is it takes very much ram running in the background the model takes some time to register user data in its memory, customer support isnt needed most of the time but they answer emails pretty fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

There’s too much interference with normal day-to-day use. For tasks that don’t need AI, it still consumes RAM and keeps running in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Self-Explanatory Research with Helpful Context and Conversation Memory"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like the different levels of research it can choose from to provide the best answer. I also appreciate the disclaimer about medical advice—that it’s meant as insight and that you should check with a medical professional for more details. On top of that, I like how it retains your previous conversation so you can build on it and expound on topics as you go. The response time is fairly quick. I also double-check items as I go along. The Copilot program appreciates the feedback and, at times, offers additional resources to verify the information it provided. I use it for personal and business purposes, and the business integration works better than the one I have for my personal Outlook account. I may need to play around to see how I can have a better integration. Since I started using Copilot, I have not needed to contact Customer Service. I like how self-explanatory it is to use. What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes it will say, “I’m sorry, please try again later.” The wait time can range from about a minute to a full day. It really just depends on what’s going on with the program or with the connection at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Tool with Robust Integration, Needs Improvement with Power BI"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I use Microsoft Copilot for a variety of tasks including drafting communications, brainstorming content for workshops, refining presentations, talk tracks, and analyzing survey and participation data. I appreciate having Claude on the back-end instead of ChatGPT, as I find Claude to be a better AI partner for my work, hallucinating less. I also like how it integrates with Microsoft tools, which allows me to reference documents easily in OneDrive and SharePoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I wish it would integrate better with Power BI - so that I could build automations using Copilot. It would also be great if it was easier to do agentic AI. It also won't create content [slides, word docs etc] as well as other AI options which is a huge miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Marketing for Small Businesses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I use Microsoft Copilot to help design marketing and email campaigns, analyze RFP documents, and assist with filling out forms. It reduces the time spent on these tasks and helps with better wording for messages and forms. I like that it is very easy to use and provides quick ideas and options for various tasks. Specifically, its ability to integrate with Outlook and Word really stands out, allowing us to create quick emails and marketing ideas, turning hours of work into minutes. The initial setup was also very easy—a simple process to get the license installed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I've noticed it can sometimes be inconsistent with the information. You have to ensure you're proofreading what it says as it's not always going to give you the correct data. Also, maybe the formatting could be improved for its output on documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Innovative Automation with Complete Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like using Microsoft Copilot because it helps me with everything in my work, from reviewing emails and performing quality checks on files, to research and topic suggestions. It's useful for creating presentations and generating codes for tools like Power BI. Additionally, I love the automation it offers, saving significant time and improving performance. The full integration with the entire Windows environment, especially with Office, is a great added value. It was also very easy to set up initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes AI fails, generates errors, and does not follow a linear flow. Chats have limits and can lose track of a request. Microsoft Copilot assumes things and can make things up. It should have greater capacity, not generate errors when switching chats, and be able to work simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining SOC Workflows: How Microsoft Copilot Boosts Efficiency and Accuracy"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Microsoft Copilot really helps me as a SOC analyst by speeding up report writing, ensuring consistency in terminology and format, reducing errors, saving time so I can focus more on investigations, and helping me maintain professional communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I don’t really have any major dislikes about Microsoft Copilot. Every now and then it might miss a little context, but overall, it’s been a huge help and makes my work a lot smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft Integration, Efficient Meeting Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I use Microsoft Copilot for reviewing and summarizing meetings, and it reduces the time taken to review meeting recordings, create notes and summaries, and research across multiple data sources. I like its integration into all things Microsoft, making it quick, accessible, and easy to use. Microsoft Copilot is everywhere I work, including my emails, spreadsheets, meetings, recordings, and CRM. The easy setup is a plus, as it was available in the Microsoft stack, with settings and parameters that can be added over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Accuracy in results could be improved. Sometimes its interpretation of prompt instructions is incorrect too. CoPilot works well when given good parameters and instructions for search. If left open then results can be more vague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Structured Summaries That Save Time on GRC Admin"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The best part is how quickly it can turn scattered information into something structured. Whether it’s summarising a policy, extracting key risks, or drafting a report outline, it saves a lot of time on the admin side of GRC work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

It can be a bit inconsistent depending on the app you’re using. In some places it’s brilliant, and in others it feels like it’s still catching up. The experience isn’t fully uniform yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
