"Microsoft Copilot – An AI Productivity Assistant"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The best thing about Microsoft Copilot is that it’s available right inside Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and even the RPA tool Power Automate. For a developer like me, this makes it much easier to write code, because I can clearly communicate the exact scenario and context without switching tools. I also find it very useful when creating SDDs, since it helps me structure and set the key points based on my requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

The feature I dislike most is that the license is expensive, and in some cases it makes assumptions and provides incorrect information. For example, when we have an error in a Power Automate flow and we ask for the exact issue, it may say the problem is in a particular action, but the real issue might be somewhere else in the flow. "Automatic and Efficient Generation of Documents"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I highly value the quick access to information and the ability of Microsoft Copilot to generate documents and presentations from scratch, especially for presentations to Smart cities clients. I also appreciate its integration with the Microsoft environment, such as SharePoint, which helps me analyze information and KPIs of my municipal projects. The autocomplete feature makes document creation easier, and the suggestions for improvements guide me on how to divide and focus my presentations. Additionally, it is a product that requires minimal configuration, making it accessible for all types of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

It is important that the information you provide is of high quality, which means you should limit your search to your documents, as in smart city environments the information is not mature and therefore not very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Productivity with Seamless Microsoft Integration"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like Microsoft Copilot because of how seamlessly it fits into the tools I already use. Since it's integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem, I don't have to switch between multiple applications. The UI is simple and easy to use, which made adoption very quick without requiring extra time to learn. It felt quite intuitive from the beginning. Practically, it helps me quickly summarize long content, improve or rewrite text, and generate structured responses from rough inputs. It also reduces context switching because I don’t need to open another AI tool; I can work directly where I am. This integration improves overall efficiency. Additionally, it's integrated with my Windows system and offers suggestions and notes as I work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

One limitation is that the response can sometimes feel a bit generic, especially if the input is not very detailed. For more technical and context-specific tasks, I usually need to refine the output manually or take assistance from other AI tools. It works best within the Microsoft ecosystem, but outside of that, flexibility feels slightly limited compared to standard AI tools. Also, the generated output may look correct at a glance but still needs validation, so you can't fully rely on it, especially for important or technical content. Accuracy is less. "Incredible assistance but Chat Intelligence Needs Improvement"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot offers strong security for handling confidential information, which is why many companies prefer it. Its seamless integration with other tools also makes debugging and code fixing more efficient. It generates optimized code and provides faster responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

In regular chat mode, it’s not as capable as tools like Claude or ChatGPT, especially when it comes to understanding complex scenarios and generating code based on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is its ability to quickly assist with everyday tasks, improve productivity, and provide helpful suggestions. Its integration with Microsoft tools makes it convenient to use within my existing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

What I dislike about Microsoft Copilot is that its responses are not always perfectly accurate and may require verification before using the information. It can sometimes misunderstand the context of a request or provide generic suggestions. Improving accuracy, customization options, and consistency would make the experience better. "Boosts Productivity with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like how quickly Microsoft Copilot generates clear and well-structured content. It helps me save time on documentation by summarizing large amounts of technical information and improves the quality of reports and emails. The ability to quickly analyze data supports faster decision-making. I also appreciate that it integrates well with Microsoft 365, making everyday tasks like scheduling meetings, follow-up emails, and handling documents more efficient. It keeps everything in one place, so I can draft emails in Outlook, summarize meetings in Teams, and create or refine reports in Word and PowerPoint without switching between multiple tools. This streamlined workflow saves time and boosts productivity. Setting it up was very easy and straightforward too. I also find value in Copilot Studio for creating AI agents that automate repetitive workflows, answer common questions, and integrate with business systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes it generates overly generic responses, so still needs to verify technical content. I would like to see better understanding of complex manufacturing and engineering data, along with better context retention in longer conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Microsoft Copilot: great but needs improvement..."
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

The thing I appreciate most about Microsoft Copilot is how useful it can be during the workday, especially when it's necessary to speed up certain tasks or quickly find support. It helps me a lot to better organize my work, to summarize information in a short time, and to have useful insights when I have to manage multiple things at once. In the work environment, it's convenient because it saves time and makes many tasks simpler, without replacing my work but helping me to be faster and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

What I sometimes like less about Microsoft Copilot is that it doesn't always perfectly understand what I mean on the first try, so in some situations, you need to rephrase the request to get the desired result. Moreover, for very specific or complex tasks, personal oversight may still be needed to ensure everything is truly accurate. Despite this, it remains a very useful tool that can significantly enhance daily productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Insights and Smart Comparisons Enhance Every Search"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

It’s flexible with its answers, whether I need something basic or a deeper dive. I also like how it retains information from my previous searches, so I can build on earlier ideas in the next one. I can ask about almost anything, and it generates helpful responses—everything from resume updates to recipes to finding the best ANC over-the-ear headphones. Also, despite it not being a medical professional, it provides the best answers based on what is proven by research or journals, not its own opinion. It also prefaces by saying this is not medical advice. For more specific details, please contact a medical professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes, I double-check their answers against subject-matter websites, such as goodrx.com or webmd.com, for accuracy. Now, I do understand that there is a disclaimer that all information may not be accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copilot Saves Me Hours Daily with Seamless Microsoft Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot is one of the most useful tools I use at work today. Because it’s integrated into most Microsoft products, I can quickly draft emails, messages, and documents; schedule calendar invites; search for documents in Outlook; and summarize email threads, documents, and Teams meetings. All of this saves me multiple hours a day, so I can focus on more crucial tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

There’s still some room for improvement on more complex tasks, such as asking Copilot to schedule a call with more than three people by checking everyone’s calendars. It often comes back with several follow-up questions, and answering them can take longer than just scheduling the meeting myself. That said, I’m confident that over time Copilot will be able to handle these more complex tasks as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful Time-Saver, but Sometimes Inaccurate, Confused, or Slow"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like Microsoft Copilot because it makes my work easier. It can write content, suggest ideas, and answer questions quickly. When I don’t understand something, it explains it in a simple, clear way.

It also helps me create documents and presentations. Overall, it saves time and makes my tasks feel less difficult. It really feels like I have a smart helper with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

There are a few things I don’t like about Microsoft Copilot. Sometimes it gives the wrong answers, so I have to double-check what it says. It can also get confused and not understand my question the way I mean it.

At times it’s slow, or it doesn’t provide complete information. I also feel like it can’t think the way a real person would.

That’s why these parts of the experience bother me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
