"Unified multi-cloud view with Secure Score and remediation automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Defender for Cloud?

It provides a Unified Multi-cloud view: Centralizes the security posture of Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in a single dashboard. Security Score: good recommendations based on numerical scores, making it easier to identify critical vulnerabilities. Response Automation: Automated remediation resources (Workflow Automation) using Logic Apps to fix security flaws immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Defender for Cloud?

The licensing model based on consumption per resource (for example, per server, per database, or per container) is confusing and difficult to predict in the budget. It gives false positives: In very dynamic development environments, it can generate many redundant alerts or initial false positives. It requires fine-tuning of rules, which demands more time. Heavy Interface: Navigating the Azure portal is sometimes slow for those seeking quick audit data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Azure Security Visibility, but Pricing and Multi-Cloud Alerts Need Tuning"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Defender for Cloud?

It provides a solid, centralized approach to cloud security management. One of its main strengths is the native integration with Azure services, which enables quick onboarding and immediate visibility into the overall security posture. The Secure Score helps prioritize actions in a structured way, and the recommendations are generally clear and actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Defender for Cloud?

From my experience, the pricing model can be hard to follow, especially when you’re enabling advanced protection features across multiple subscriptions.

In some cases, the volume of alerts can also be quite high, so it takes fine-tuning to reduce noise and keep the signal clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
