What do you like best about MessageMind?

MessageMind is extremely easy to use—even someone with very little technical knowledge can set it up on their website. The best part is that it learns on its own. Its AI chatbot handles most customer support tasks automatically, and if the AI can’t help, users can easily connect with a live support agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MessageMind?
