It is so easy to use for anyone, regardless of their computer literacy. I like the different features including goal setting, linking to calendar and email. I use it on a regular basis when I'm in a mentoring relationship. I have been having a good experience with Mentorloop through the Product Marketing Alliance mentorship program. I appreciate its ability to help me stay in touch and communicate effectively with my mentees, which is very important to me as a mentor. I really like how well connected mentorloop is - I can connect up my calendar and arrange meetings via MS Teams and also use the platform to record notes and exchange messages with my mentees. The platform is really easy to use and I like the ease of selecting an agenda to work through as it takes a lot of the admin burden away from mentor and mentee, allowing us to focus on our discussions. The ease with which I can search for new matches and make connections, stay in the loop with my matches, the notes feature to keep track of everything discussed, and the in-chat option is also really amazing to stay in touch with my mentees. The only thing that I dislike (which is a big word in and of itself) is the booking of sessions features. Sometimes it can get a bit woozy, or if the mentee or I forget to add new sessions to our calendar it can get lost in the sauce.
