Working in the legal industry with individuals from the Silent Generation (those who are in their 60s-70s) who have expressed fear of using an online platform have sung praises about the fun they've had finding matches and how straightforward the software is in a variety of ways. Further, the team at Mentorloop treated us like we were the most important client they had (which I'm certain is far from accurate), however Kristin has been kind, friendly, patient, and diligent in providing perfect guidance and communication. Even when simply exploring our options, Jess from Mentorloop never pressured us into making unnecessary decisions and gave us plenty of information to weigh our options carefully.
