**What do you like best about Meetsales?**

I like that Meetsales updates all the information automatically about my clients, and it shows me when meetings are booked and deals are closed. It helps my salespeople to access information easily and quickly.

**What do you dislike about Meetsales?**

I like everything about the program and will review it again if anything changes. At this time, I am pleased with all futures of Meetsales, and I look forward to getting deeper into it.

Meetsales helps my salespeople to connect to our clients on a personal level providing a better experience and selling more products to our clients. My salespeople make sure to build genuine connections with our clients and make sure to follow up with our clients in a meaningful way.

**What do you like best about Meetsales?**

It's a one-in-all platform, from introductory meetings with prospects/ clients to adding and saving them into the CRM. It enables end-to-end sales management. Besides that, I can also track the client's engagement, which is an exciting idea.

**What do you dislike about Meetsales?**

A few of its functions, like CRM, are at its nascent stage. Many other alternatives allow capturing leads in detail via automation. Another area for improvement could be third-party application integrations, which are still unavailable.

**What problems is Meetsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Been using it for all our new prospect meetings using the exciting idea of video-based sales. It captures all the relevant information and helps store it in its CRM. Offers several different touchpoints within the platform to help close the sales.

**What do you like best about Meetsales?**

I can keep a track of all my new clients in one place, with an automated structure. Previously I maintained my client information and cold call list on Notion, but now Meetsales can take care of the structure automatically rather than me adding everything manually. It also allows for more actionable insights which I couldn't have inferred from the data provided to me in the notion database.

**What do you dislike about Meetsales?**

While it has a great system for maintaining current clients, I'd love to see an integration that allows me to manage my potential leads list also. My team is reaching out to nearly 100-200 businesses a week for sales, and maintaining that list on Notion is effective but time-consuming. If Meetsales could integrate  an potential leads platform, that would make it much better

**What problems is Meetsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meetsales automates and simplifies my management of clients, which was previously manually done on Notion, and allows for a richer dataset and better inferences and actionable conclusions. My relationship with my clients has improved exponentially!

Its a software with an excellent platform, it's easy for my to add clients and invite then to a meeting, easy to use with a good time response, also i can track may goals i check my indicators.

**What do you dislike about Meetsales?**

Been having trouble for my customer to schedule a meeting throw my calendar, because they can see available slots. So I have to send a direct invitation to their emails

Clients uses different video conference tools, with this i can unify in one software and take exactly metrics and improve my performance, also i can check my productivity

**What do you like best about Meetsales?**

It is an amazing tool. It has many features that a sales team would need in one place. You can have video meetings with customers, and collect payments during meetings. It has analytics dashboard where you can easily get a summary of a salesman.

**What do you dislike about Meetsales?**

It has limited integration options that cause manual payment processing between MeetSales and other systems. This process consumes time and makes payment data error-prone.

It speeds up the deal process. Instead of waiting for getting payment and losing a customer during that period, we are able to collect payments during the meeting where our customers are excited to complete the deal.

**What do you like best about Meetsales?**

Our company's sales team was astonished by the tool's automated features. It eliminates all the conventional sales processes, which are manual and time-consuming. This tool has optimized the sales process by increasing productivity within the same time frame of work hours. Sales teams' interaction with the clients using the Meetsales web app has enhanced client engagement which is imperative for our business.

**What do you dislike about Meetsales?**

Meet sales have competitively offered prices. My experience with the affordability factors of SMEs makes me perceive that it is bit expensive. Meet sales needs to work on pricing.

**What problems is Meetsales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One main feature that the sales team has benefitted from is interacting with the clients from a remote location. They were using conventional phone calls, zoom meetings, etc., before. With video conference features designed to amplify client interaction, the sales team finds it easier to present, pitch and close the deal. Managers can check the productivity of the group using this tool. Sales work and performance from multiple location can be tracked easily.

What I like best about this product is that it is easy to use and has a friendly interface.  The implementation for this product was pretty fast as well.  The reporting and analytics feature is great too.

**What do you dislike about Meetsales?**

What I do not like about this product is that it does not offer a chat function, knowledge base, or a 24/7 live representative.  It also does not offer webinars.

The problems Meetsales is solving is by delivering the sales enablement from business to business to operate optimally and increasing productivity.  This allows for a single source of truth for teams across the business.

**What do you like best about Meetsales?**

Meetsales is a very good product as it's packed with almost all the required features necessary for sales team to manage their sales and customer cycles effectively. The simple and best being Video meetings along with the strategy to manage multiple channels for sales.

**What do you dislike about Meetsales?**

One of the biggest drawbacks that we faced with Meetsales is there is no region specific support available, so if you are facing any issues, then you have to wait for the support to get back to you. Otherwise, the product is packed with almost all the features that any sales teams would require.

The product that my compnay deals into has clients from almost across the world, so we give product demos, conduct meetings with customers through MeetSales. MeetSales has helped us gain customers from across the borders

There is not much integration with similar softwares. It would be nice to have API's that would allow expanding the function and create more lookups for tracking

Has been a lot of help in optimizing sales and creating new ideas for our salespeople with the great features available. Besides, it also gives our team a part to check and review their client records, analyze their history of activities and control their timetable to deliver the best service to customers.

I dislike the most when we need help from live support. It can be a very long waiting time and sometimes make our work pending. This need to put attention to areas of improvement.

Honestly, MeetSales has nothing to dislike but we have observed that its video experience is jittery at times which can surely be improved.

It combines a conference call solution (ie. Zoom or Google Meet) offers with scheduling (ie. Calendly) and analytics. It has integrations with CRM and payment solutions.

**What do you dislike about Meetsales?**

The free trial is limited to 14 days only, and the paid seats are expensive for a small business, especially if there are multiple people in the sale steam.
