Matrix makes it easy to manage all of the documentation. The number of features it has also complements its ease of implementation. Customer support has always been really quick to respond to queries as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can be sure if you are using it, and using it regularly, that your QMS is thorough and rigorous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matrix Req?

It is really not user friendly. It's onerous, the customizations aren't there. Getting everything set up is really not the easiest and then getting everyone to use a system which is so rigid, in comparison to most of our other systems is a big chore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
