-The interconnection of projects within matrix

What do you dislike about Matrix Req?

Needs attention:

-Lack of training materials with concrete examples of building products. Even though might seem not possible to provide a general example in the medical field, some concrete an hypothetical examples from A-Z where you exemplify your tools usage advantages is very useful. A full technical file of a hypothetical device that fuffills standard and regulatory requirements would be very attractive for new companies

-There are already many opensourceQMS documentation provides such as OPENREGULATORY that are vey useful for starups/small companies. Matrix can include these/similar approach within their tools, therefore boost the usage of the tool within these entities

-provide better information how to Connect with JIRA/Bitbucket, check the features of Xray testing tool.

-More webinars, free trainigs, comparisons to other platforms etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the thing that I love the most is the references tool, if you have it linked makes your life really easy also, the way that the documents are created is pretty simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matrix Req?

i found the following items - When the document is long the mouse becomes white, and it´s difficult to see it (windows mainly) - It´s not possible to export the actual QMS into PDF to be reviewed by authorities, I understand why it´s not done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Matrix Req?

The best thing about Matrix is that it is kept simple without lacking features. Another very positive feature is the validation template that comes with it. This is an excellent basis for validating at least the essential functions. I am very enthusiastic about the traceability of individual requirements among each other. The support is also very positive. You receive feedback very quickly and are always ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matrix Req?

I would find it quite good if you could still individualise the preset reports. Otherwise, Matrix is very well suited for creating and maintaining technical documentation for medical devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moving From Paper-Based to Digital Document Management. User-friendly software. Easy and efficient to manage design and quality system.

The introduction of Matrix Requirement software in the QMS System made it easy to retrieve & trace documents during External remote audits. Ease to present all QMS through the software virtually.

The published view is streamlined, allowing anyone in the company to find the procedures and work instructions through the Live QMS viewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Matrix Req?

Matrix Software is very user-friendly. Every document is traceable and can be interlinked as per requirement. They provide two different platforms one is for QMS-related activities i.e., MatrixQMS and the other is for design history files i.e. MatrixALM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matrix Req?

I think, overall, all the configurations are suitable. Sometimes, the software response is slow, mainly during audits when the burden on software is higher, as most users browse simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
