The free trial aspect is limited to only a certain population.

Coming from Doors, I must say Matrix is much easier to handle. The only dislike I have for now is that when writing a test protocol/report, adding an image is tough: you have to use the Shift+Enter shortcut to do it, which is quite challenging if you don’t already have that information.
