Mason AI Reviews & Product Details

Mason AI provides AI plan review software for residential plan check teams. It reads uploaded plans with a computer-vision model, checks them against the CRC, CPC, CEC, CMC, CalGreen, CWUIC, and Energy Codes, and drafts a first-pass comment letter with every flagged item linked to its exact code citation. Code failures rise to the top of the interface automatically, while passed and non-applicable checks stay tucked behind a toggle. As an AI-powered plan review software, Mason AI never finalizes a comment on its own reviewers accept, edit, move, or remove each item before export. Practicing plan reviewers agree with Mason AI's code checks 96% of the time, and the platform updates with every new code cycle so teams always work from current requirements. Built to slot into existing workflows like Bluebeam-based markups, Mason AI helps residential plan review teams finish about 40% faster without adding headcount
