I appreciate the ever evolving nature of Market Logic; even in a short time, we've seen some valuable features added. I also find the standard output very nice, especially with proper footnoting and links directly to an article or study summary.

I had some very minor, user interface type things that hung up the team initially. An example is that the date field isn't in standard US format so the first few dozen documents uploaded had to be corrected. I had some additional minor interface issues (buttons not working correctly) but the team corrected them quickly. Adding the secondary sources has been a challenge. It wasn't easy to choose which to include and we've found a handful that after including, discovered there is a paywall to see the full article. There could be improvements in the process of adding the secondary sources.

I use Market Logic for archiving our primary research with proper naming and tagging, and creating summaries of business questions. It has value-added features and proper footnoting with links to articles, but uploading research is time-consuming, and change management is a hurdle.

I think the team is really attentive and they're often looking for actual feedback from their clients that they improve upon. We have often stated a certain feature function that we want, and the team actually takes that into account and works to make it happen. I also really like that they are AI forward but not completely AI in your face. They understand that insights are still the backbone of the tool. The fact that Market Logic has attentive support, AI integration, and responsiveness makes me feel like we are a priority.

Market Logic could potentially help us find better ways for users to continue to come back to the platform rather than us having to remind people to go to the platform. They gave some good examples when we were going through launch, such as starting competitions in different types of tactics, but those didn't necessarily work for our company. So potentially giving us more use cases or helping us along the way, ensuring that there is continual implementation and engagement there.

I think there are times when the machine needs to be trained or specific datasources need to have higher relevancy ranking to ensure getting a better answer in AI conversational search.

I like how Market Logic makes it simple to upload documents, which makes archiving things into DeepSights easy and doesn't require any extra resources. It's also great that if any of us make a mistake or change our mind about a document we've added, we can undo things. The interface is simple and attractive for our users, allowing colleagues to self-serve and search for customer insights and data without needing to speak with the Market Intelligence team. This means older reports that are still relevant get discovered and used. I also appreciate being able to see what questions our internal stakeholders are asking since tracking these questions tells us what people want to know about. The initial setup was very easy, like we just 'switched it on', and overall, these features make it a great tool for market research.

It would be nice if we could assign custom tags to documents, and then use those tags to filter searches. For example, I might want to only search for reports by a certain team member, or only something that was produced outside of my team.

Market Logic lets colleagues self-serve insights and discover older reports. It's simple to upload and visually appealing for users, and tracks questions for stakeholder interests. Easily archiving into DeepSights without extra resources, it helps us understand what people want to know.

I use Market Logic to house all our Consumer Insight work and keep a record of our Front End Innovation work. I like that they are very efficient and incredibly responsive, which helps me get things done quickly and well. I've enjoyed working with them in my previous company and in my current role.

What I like best is the team: all the employees are very nice, professional, and helpful. Questions are answered quickly and the collaboration is reliable.

There is little negative; if at all, it would be to offer the conversations in German as well. Technically in English is sometimes a bit difficult :)

We have many studies, and with the Market Logic solution, we can summarize these studies and ask AI questions about them. Additionally, we can also ask AI personas questions using the personas.

It's a very intuitive platform and an easy way for insights professionals to have a go-to place for reports etc to be stored. It's also made our approvals process so much easier

Sometimes I feel the functionality can be a little lacking. The search function for a report sometimes doesn't come up with the report even if I know I've uploaded it

Before I used to have to remember what approvals I needed and do this all manually, but now this is all automated for me and the system is so easy to use. It's also helped me to not have to run everything for my stakeholders, I can direct them to the platform to run their own approvals process
