## About Mannin systems
Mannin Systems is production software for small manufacturers who have outgrown the spreadsheet: extruders, fabricators and machine shops of around 5 to 50 people. Every system is bespoke. Instead of fitting your factory to a template, we build the software around how your work already moves: your product codes, your units (metres, kilos or pieces), your check sheets and your names for things. Screens are designed for the people who use them, from a wallboard above the lines to a phone in a pocket. What a system can cover: - Orders and scheduling, with a live line board - Materials and recipes, including regrind limits and metres-to-kilos maths - Tooling, with maintenance flagged before the job that needs it - Stock by lot on an append-only ledger, where mistakes are reversed, never rubbed out - Full traceability, from supplier batch to customer delivery - Scan-and-label tracking: a label printed at each station and scanned at the next, so nothing is keyed twice - Process control: your own quality checks built in, automatic holds, downtime and scrap by reason, and OEE from real bookings It runs in a web browser on the PCs, tablets and phones you already have, with site-locked access by role. Station hardware is optional and priced separately. Pricing starts from £2,950 to set up and £145 a month, with no per-user or per-station fees.
