What do you like best about Mailman?

My favorite feature is Do Not Disturb. It allows me to create dedicated time slots for focused work without email distractions. Mailman will hold delivery of non-urgent emails (aka "Delivery Slots") which reduces the constant influx of emails, helping me maintain my focus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailman?

The initial training too a little time, however the support team was very helpful and responsive with any questions. After this setup I had so much more time, I felt so free. The benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailman solving and how is that benefiting you?

As the co-owner of a digital agency, managing the torrent new emails landing in the inboxs every day was a daunting task. The constant influx often left me overwhelmed, causing important tasks to slip through the cracks and client emails to go unanswered for too long. The impact on my work and personal stress levels was considerable and a source of ongoing anxiety.

After a few important client emails were lost I started my search for software that would help me and found Mailman. Since using Mailman, my stress levels have dramatically reduced. "Don't Get Bogged Down in the Email Clutter - Let MailmanHQ deliver at set times"

What do you like best about Mailman?

The time I save from looking at my email constantly. With three screens I have email on one of them almost all the time since I'm working off emails, referring to old messages, etc. But what was annoying was all the new updates, promotional emails and non important emails that would distract me.

Mailman alleviates that almost immediately and now I'm "receiving" emails 3 times a day. 730am Noon and 4:30pm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailman?

SO far there really isn't anything to dislike. Oh, but I did have to remove or edit a few Gmail filters so that Mailman would work properly. They do have great documentation which came in handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mailman solving and how is that benefiting you?

Stopping my bad habit of constantly looking at new and incoming emails that distract me. Now I get the VIP (that I can set) immediately for emails from active client projects and other important emails. And I also only get non important and newsletter type emails 3x a day at set times.
