One of my network personnel installed a different OS on a pre-boot encrypted hard disk only to find that it has to be first decrypted using the WinMagic tool. The data is lost forever even after consulting customer care. In one way, it is good that my pre-boot encryption is working like a charm; at the same time, it would be great to handle this kind of human error as an Administrator.
