This makes the user experience a very enjoyable experience. **What do you dislike about Luniverse?** For a small business, the pricing policy followed is a little steep. The benefits provided in the cheapest plan are more than my needs, and therefore more features can be stripped down at a more affordable pricing. **What problems is Luniverse solving and how is that benefiting you?** While using any such service, paying gas fee is always a concern. But Luniverse is extremely helpful as it charges no gas fee which increases my trust in the service as well as increases my organisational efficiency. ### 3. Your engineers would appreciate your choice. Their system architecture was well-thought-out, and the API is RESTful. Also, the customer support is responsive. We were able to get in touch with their engineers directly which is always the best technical support you can get. **What do you dislike about Luniverse?** The product is new and misses some minor good-to-have features. However, the company is quickly filling the gaps. **What problems is Luniverse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having trouble with the Ethereum gas congestion problem. The mainnet was too slow and expensive for some of our transactions. We were looking for a sidechain solution. The obvious option was to build everything ourselves, but that means we had to build, not only the blockchain but also tools, API, and dashboard. Also, the private chain would lack objectivity. Thus, we researched BaaS solutions in the market. Luniverse was the most feature-complete option. With Luniverse, we could quickly add a layer-2 solution. It comes with internal and external tools that you would need to operate a sidechain. ### 9.
