## About Lumipact Contract Management
Lumipact is contract management software that tracks signed vendor agreements for small-business operations and finance teams: where each contract is, what it commits the company to, when it renews, and the last day notice can be given. It is built for teams of roughly 10 to 250 people who own vendor contracts alongside another job. It does not draft, negotiate, or sign contracts. Teams that need e-signature, redlining, or a clause library use those tools separately and keep Lumipact for what happens after the document is signed. Contracts arrive by bulk file upload, CSV import of an existing register, or forwarding to a workspace email address. Extraction fills in counterparty, dates, value, renewal terms, and notice period, each field linked to the source passage so a person can check it. Extraction runs on Anthropic Claude. A workspace can connect its own API key so those calls run under that account. Contract text is not used to train models. Main capabilities: • Renewal alerts at 90, 60, 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 days before the notice deadline — not the renewal date — sent to a named owner and escalated when nobody acknowledges them. • Spend reporting by vendor and department, with committed spend by renewal quarter, and counterparty profiles that group every agreement with one vendor. • Full-text search across contracts, including text extracted from scans; access scoped by legal entity or business unit and logged; Slack renewal digests; per-user calendar feed of deadlines; webhooks; and a read-only MCP server with OAuth 2.1. Lumipact is sold to US and European teams. The application runs in AWS Frankfurt; contract files and account data are stored in EU infrastructure. A GDPR Data Processing Addendum is published. There is no SOC 2 report, no ISO 27001 certification, no third-party penetration test, and no SSO today. Pricing is by contract volume, not per seat, with unlimited users on every plan. Starter starts at $99 per month for up to 100 contracts. A 14-day trial does not require a credit card. There is no free plan. The product UI is available in English, Danish, Swedish, and Italian.
