Working in tech SEO, I use Lumar almost every day and I really appreciate its thorough and accurate website scanning capabilities, especially related to anomaly detection, which is the best among similar tools. The ability to customize crawls and reports based on specific needs is very valuable. Customer support is super helpful and quick in their responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Andrew Levey of Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)

Thanks for your review! We'd love to hear a bit more about the features you'd like to see, so we can feed this into our product management team. If you could send us some more detail through the app (use the smiley face in the bottom left corner of the app to give us feedback), we'd be really grateful. Thanks, Andrew.

No downsides to using Deepcrawl, although would love if the AI used for the accessibility tool could be applied to SEO in terms of recommending how to fix issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Andrew Levey of Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)

Thanks so much for your review! And don't worry, we’re looking into how we can utilize AI for suggested solutions to technical SEO issues, but as those issues are usually complex and interlinked, we want to make sure that our approach will create useful and accurate results. Watch this space!

"Smart and always evolving tools to monitor SEO performance"
5/5
What do you like best about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

Lumar allows us to provide relevant feedback to customers regarding their site's overall SEO technical quality. Based on hundreds of SEO KPIs, we're able to determine which actions would have the most impact. By combining Analyze crawl data with Monitor reporting capabilities, we can focus on what will make a big difference and, step by step, improve the global SEO performance of the customer's site. Lumar's ability to handle different crawls for thousands of URLs is also crucial in the industrial aspect of our configuration, with dozens of sites to monitor within a short period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

Some indicators require running a new crawl as soon as the change is made when we need to process the results (like adding URL segments, while I think we could prevent a new crawl easily). I would also love the possibility to run crawls at different times, not the precise hour, due to the customer's server infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easily one of the industry leaders in the market for Technical SEO analysis!"
5/5
What do you like best about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

DeepCrawl's intuitive UI makes data analysis a great tool for all levels of SEO professionals, from junior to more experienced consultants. The crawler is powerful, reliable and extremely flexible too, allowing you to plug in several data points, meaning you can crawl as far and as wide as your site requires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

It lacks insight into commercial KPIs and which optimisations can lead to additional conversations/revenue for businesses. The connection between their different products is also difficult to grasp; it's tricky to understand immediately what they do, how they differ and which products are included in your package and which are not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
