What do you like best about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

The ability for us to quckly identify technical SEO opportunties and allows us to reverse engineer issues to pinpoint the exact day (and often time) that defects are released into production if we don't spot them in our test environments. It also allows us to keep track of the impact that the various web perf enhancements have for customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We need to do better at configuring the Protect product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

I have been using Lumar on a daily basis for several years now. It's a great tool for technical SEO purposes and it's really easy to set up. It's very user-friendly and useful if you want to monitor the changes on your website with visual representation of the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

I'd like to see a bit more flexibility in terms of the set-up of reports so they can be more handy while presenting to non-technical stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Andrew Levey of Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)

Hi, thanks so much for your review. We'd love to hear a bit more about the report set-up to feed this into our product management team. If you could send us some more detail through the app (use the smiley face in the bottom left corner of the app to give us feedback), we'd be really grateful. Thanks, Andrew.

"The most valuable technical tool for SEO experts"
5/5
What do you like best about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

The best thing in Lumar for me is filters. You can reach in very specific info without the use of an external excel sheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)?

We can't download the reports in an excel sheet. Only in csv and xml format that are not usable for further processing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Andrew Levey of Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl)

Hey Lambrini, thanks for the review and great to hear how Lumar is helping you manage all your different domains. Just on doing further processing in Excel, you can do this by downloading the data in CSV and then importing that to Excel / Google Sheets (from File > Import). Feel free to reach out to our support team if you need any more help with this. Just go to the app, click on the question mark in the bottom left of the app and then choose 'Get in Touch' in the beacon. Thanks, Andrew.
