## About Pallery | Prospect Engagement Platform
Loxo is a prospect engagement platform for SaaS Account Executives. Loxo allows AEs to create private mini-sites that host all the info their prospects will need in one place. This makes it easier for their prospects to communicate a world of info to different decision makers and executives - helping them get internal buy-in. Instead of forwarding 20-page PDFs, videos, slide decks, mutual action plans, and more (all as individual files), AEs can quickly create central hubs that host all these assets in one place. Then, all their prospect has to forward is one URL to their internal stakeholders. By decluttering the post-demo-call process, Loxo makes it easier for your prospect to get internal buy-in and speeds up sales cycles.

Everything from the layout and interface of the product is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The building blocks-like style of creating 'spaces' or mini-sites for prospects and clients is really very engaging and can make your buyers journey stand out.
They also have tremendous customer service.

Not to be missed if you want to help your reps engage prospects with confidence.

Nothing of note. Everything works perfectly.

We had trouble understanding which content was engaging and everything was being sent out at random.
Our reps felt the emails they sent inviting prospects to click on links, read use-cases and review pricing was counter-productive.

Loxo has significantly enhanced the efficiency of our sales team when it comes to follow-up conversations and providing timely materials. I dont have a lot of negative things to say, the platform is still maturing however their engineering team is all over product feedback and constantly making updates!

It is effortless to share various information and documents with prospects that usually require multiple emails and attachments, which could easily be overlooked. Now, it is simple to direct prospects to one site and know that they have accessed the information. Once the first site is created, it is easy to tailor it to each prospect and adds a new level of professionalism to the engagement.

More creative options around branding the site to mirror the prospect's website and integrations with popular CRM tools for reporting would be great. I'm sure the Loxo team is looking into this, as they have been very responsive and open to new suggestions.

Adds professionalism to the sales experience and helps me clearly know what information I have shared with the prospect. Also helps share progress and add key stakeholders to the evaluation and get them up to speed quickly on what we've covered so far.

Working with the Loxo team has been an absolute delight. We see new features added often and they communicate with us frequently. The mini-sites themselves are easy to create and share. We use them with our customers post-sale and have gotten very positive feedback. Highly recommend it!

There is some inflexibility with design elements at the moment, but as I mentioned there are frequent feature pushes so I imagine more functionality will be added over time.

Code Climate works in a fairly nascent space, software engineering management using analytics. We offer robust training to our customers to help them onboard and rollout to the rest of their engineering organization. We use Loxo to house training materials and more resources so that they have a way to self-serve as part of our enablement of the platform. Our customers love that we can customize the look and feel of their mini-site to match their internal style guides. So far they've been very positively received, leading to higher engagement rates and increased "stickiness" of our tool.

I've used Loxo's mini-sites to aid myself or my champion's presentation to C-level sponsors. You can put together an impressive site in less than 5 minutes for an upcoming meeting with a prospect, or you can extensively build out a business case with all relevant materials for a larger team in just 20-30 minutes. The Loxo team is super helpful and will jump on a call for support to ensure your site is as impactful as possible.

I honestly can't think of any Loxo feature I dislike now.

Any organization looking to purchase a product or software requires a ton of materials and information to then present internally and eventually to an EB. Loxo equips Account Executives or Business Development roles with sites that seamlessly put all relevant resources together.

Loxo is a great way to accelerate enterprise deals that requires buy-in from multiple stakeholders. AEs can easily and quickly update the mini-sites. If you are using Webflow (or similar) to create landing pages for deals, you already understand the value in creating mini-sites for deals, but you probably want to make sure all of your AEs can self-serve easily so you can scale. If you aren't, just picture how hard it is for prospects across an organization to access all of the info they need in a simple and digestible way - you could probably do it better.

Loxo isn't cheap, but it is good value.

A minimum of 5 seats makes it hard for super-small sales teams to adopt.

Loxo is simply a game-changer for following up with prospects. It is a non-negotiable tool that I use every single day. Can't imagine being an AE and not using it.

So many things that I love about the tool...

- the customisation to build personalised sites for your prospects in a few minutes.
- super user-friendly (don't have to be techy at all).
- create a single source of truth for all knowledge info that your prospect needs throughout their evaluation process. Making their life 10x easier
- No more long-winded emails with multiple attachments. I can now send one link for my prospects to click on and share with multiple stakeholders. Already have a significant impact on decreasing my admin time and speeding up my deal cycle considerably. 
- the analytics are great, and you can really get an insight into how engaged the prospect is and if they share your solution internally.
- I also love the notifications you get when someone visits the site. Allows you to be very timely with your follow-ups. 


Huge credit to Joel and the team. Always available to speak and ensure you are maximising Loxo to it's full potential. Great at taking feedback on how they can improve the product.

Hard to say I dislike anything. The Loxo team is very good at taking on feedback on how they can improve the product e.g. how it looks on mobile. I can't wait to see how this tool evolves over-time.

Loxo is a game changer for enterprise sellers and has become a part of my daily routine.  It allows me to stand out from our competition and sell a differentiated buying experience in what is traditionally a complex process. We are able to close deals faster by focusing on engaged prospects and enabling champions to sell internally more efficiently. The Loxo team is a great partner and takes customer success to heart.

Not much to dislike and they are only getting started. Just like any platform, it will occasionally have some minor bugs that the Loxo team is quick to address.

-Multi-stakeholder engagement: Loxo makes it easier to bring additional stakeholders up to speed as the deal progresses through the funnel. Eliminates miscommunication and over depending on champion to share information.
-Prospect prioritization: I prioritize deals that have a high engagement, as this is one of the best indicators of momentum and interest.

We have won several deals now and been told that the mini-site set us apart from other vendors - what more do you want? It's so easy to spin up a new mini-site from a template following every sales call so it's a no-brainer.

The editor for creating mini-sites can be a bit slow / clunky, but this isn't something that you have to deal with too often (since they're all templated) and the rate of product improvement will likely remove this issue soon.

See above - we're setting ourselves apart in deals and actually get to see whether prospects engage with the materials we send over. Ultimately, that has translated into more wins.

- Analytics: 
Gather data on those who visit your mini sites to determine where you should invest team members time on specific deals. 
- Usability 
Very user friendly interface that makes it easy to build templates and documents, in a Notion/Coda/Google Docs style way! Easy to adopt for people that aren't technical-wizzes! 
- Collaboration 
Create templates and share them with the team. Build a repository of documents and sites to standardise your sales processes and create bespoke client-facing experiences for your prospects. 
- Integrations: 
Loved the Loom embedded features! No more messing up and having to re-record videos over and over again. Use the teleprompter to get your script on screen and get it right - or at least 80% there - on your first time!

**What do you dislike about Pallery | Prospect Engagement Platform?**

I think the analytics could be more detailed. Their data is useful but I'd appreciate an integration with SFDC where I can see what this activity means in terms of revenue and then make strategic decisions about how to spend my time in the coming weeks.

Streamlining our sales processes and benchmarking the quality of our prospects engagement across a typical sales cycle. 

The root problem is that we didn't have a clear way to communicate with clients or prospects during multi-threaded sales cycles.

Using Loxo means we can create champions faster by creating a link centralising information gathered throughout the evalution. It's effortless for champions to showcase their evaluation of our product and services to other stakeholders, as information is on longer locked in long email threads and disparate recording links. You can guide the customer through your typical sales process and use analytics to track their activity on the mini-site to see if they are serious in their evaluation.

The team at Loxo have been SO supportive and have delivered so much value through their time and expertise. Truly a role model team on how to engage with customers.

I would love to see more integrations in the tool - which I know are coming - with the likes of CRM tools and perhaps Zoom or Gong to be able to quickly link recorded calls.

- Centralises information in one place about the evaluation where you can build a mutual action plan with the customer
- Asses their commitment to evaluating our product and services by using analytics to see what they are clicking and if they are sharing this with customers

- Create an ideal evaluation process structure to the customer

Loxo gives individual sales people the ability to easily (which is key) create bespoke sites that can hold huge amounts of information for the prospect BUT allows it to be displayed and explored in such a way that feel intuitive and clear, rather than just being an information dump.

There is a lot of scope for either mass producing generic sites built centrally or allowing trusted salesfolk to tailor it to suit their own selling process.

It's easy to maintain and useful to re-engage prospects with the ability to add new content.

The worst bit about Loxo at the moment is that they keep bringing out fantastic new features, meaning we need to continually update the sites to make the most of them! (not really a criticism...!)

The multi-stakeholder process. The problem that you can sell to one person in a company but that information gets diluted and lost when presented internally without our involvement. Also gives the ability to have one source of truth for the entire sales cycle.

Loxo has helped reduce the time I spend putting together follow-up resources for my customers. Before using Loxo, I would find myself copying snippets of information from other email chains and pulling material from a variety of sources. With Loxo, I'm able to create templated mini-sites which act as a centralised resource for my customers during a sales cycle. Not only has Loxo saved me time, I've received positive feedback from prospects and customers who have said things like "it's a unique selling point" and "differentiates you from your competitors".

**What do you dislike about Pallery | Prospect Engagement Platform?**

At some point, it would be useful to have an integration with Salesforce to sync data back. I'm sure there are also other potential use cases for Loxo - perhaps using the video feature for Loom type videos etc. At the moment, I am only using it for one specific piece of my job.

Loxo addresses the tedious task of piecing together follow up emails to prospects and customers. Often, these require copying/pasting relevant text from previous emails, finding collateral in my Enablement platform, composing well-written emails etc. Loxo negates all of that.

I'd love the ability to embed content (ppt, pdf, etc) into the site, rather than linking out to a URL, so the prospect/customer never needs to leave the micro-site.

Extremely helpful tool to own the customer conversation. Static decks aren't useful when you're trying to educate a customer, so Loxo provides a living repository for all the content and collateral you need (with analytics on the back end)

The only improvement would be more granularity into seeing who actually viewed all the content (instead of just using geotags)

Working with Loxo is excellent, and our customers have given us great feedback regarding its usability. There are so many positive things that I need to point out: Once you've created a library of key content pieces, it is super easy to create a personalised mini-site within minutes. Loxo allows us to provide the required answers e.g. questions that have come about in a virtual customer meeting needed to convince additional internal stakeholders. Integrating pre-recorded demos improves the customer experience (before, we used static PDFs).
Our sales cycles require lots of stakeholder buy-in. Adding new information when new stakeholders are involved is super handy.

**What do you dislike about Pallery | Prospect Engagement Platform?**

Some features that currently do not exist would significantly improve usability: Creating engaging and personalised visualisations of content within Loxo would help immensely. Currently, these need to be created elsewhere and imported as static images. Also, setting your brand colours would allow for even more personalisation. 
All in all, I am very satisfied. Since working with Loxo, the team has been super responsive regarding new features and has never disappointed. I will definitely continue using Loxo and highly recommend using their service.

Loxo allows you to quickly and easily spin up informational hubs for your sales cycles. With cycles that involve 20+ stakeholders and take anywhere from 6-18 months, Loxo becomes the central point of truth for information allowing our champions to sell our solution internally with greater ease. The team are incredibly supportive and often takes product feedback into the roadmap.

Reporting could use some easier to consume graphs and dashboards - something I understand the team is currently working on.

Ability to upload all documents relevant to sales process and also include personalised videos all in one place. Also include a timeline. Prospects love it and it gives us a voice when internal conversations happen.

Lack of word / font flexibilty, Would like a few more features added and the ability to move things around quicker.  Some of the functionality is not intuative enough for me.

Ease of use. The ability to get snippets and templates set up allowing the AE's to easily get their personalised sections completed and out to prospects. We were up and running in a week or so after signing and the support has been bang on.

The mobile experience could be slightly improved, but this was flagged early on and the team have been great at making the small incremental changes that will ultimately deliver a mobile experience that's has complete parity with the desktop experience.

It's allowing our Account Execs to simply and efficiently manage their follow-ups and ongoing information sharing with prospects. Saving time and effort, while delivering a personalised, frictionless experience for our prospects.

Loxo helped us provide enablement resources to our growing customer base through the creation of customer success hubs. The hubs free up our CSMs by taking the place of content that would have originally been sent over (and frequently buried in) email threads.
