looplica Reviews & Product Details

AI conversation simulation platform for corporate training. Employees practice real workplace conversations such as negotiating a price, handling a complaint or giving feedback with AI characters configured with each company's own training methodology. An AI coach comments after each attempt, and a separate evaluator scores the conversation against a rubric. Trainers and managers see each participant's progress, strengths and next focus area. Simulations can be tracked through SCORM in the company's learning platform and run on desktop and mobile. Available in Spanish.
