Who is Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics pricing best suited for?

Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics's pricing is best suited for small to mid-market real estate brokerages, with the majority of G2 reviewers coming from small businesses under 50 employees and mid-market firms of 51 to 1,000 employees. G2 reviewers in real estate and commercial real estate segments consistently highlight agent recruiting, MLS market share analysis, and production tracking as primary use cases. Brokerages managing multiple agents, competing for market share, or needing to replace manual MLS data workflows gain the most value. Enterprise-scale brokerages also appear in G2 reviews, suggesting Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics scales upward, though custom pricing makes it less accessible for solo agents or very small teams with tight budgets.

Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics does not offer a free version. According to G2's pricing data for Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics, the pricing model is custom-quoted, with no publicly listed tiers. G2 reviewers note that a trial period exists but with restricted access to advanced features, with one reviewer specifically disappointed that more advanced capabilities were unavailable during the trial. Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics's paid plans unlock full MLS market analytics, agent recruiting intelligence, production tracking, and market share reporting. Prospective buyers should request a demo or trial to evaluate core capabilities before committing to a custom contract.

What do you like best about Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics?

I love their market dynamics and the way they guide business strategy. Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics solves the time-related issues I had when doing the work myself. I appreciate how it helps me find the best neighborhoods for awesome growth. I also value the proficiency metrics and recruiting intelligence features. Additionally, the initial setup was easier for me than I remember with Dotloop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Forecasting Is Neat, but Needs Seasonality YoY Trends"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics?

The simplicity of the UI and the customer support was great when needed. Pricing was in line and and didn't use any of the AI features yet. Performance was what was expected. It was not connected with any other applications or integrations to date. The predictive AI forecast is a neat tool, but would be better to incorporate seasonality and YOY trends. What do you dislike about Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics?

Again, I’m not sure which integrations would have been especially productive for my use case, so my experience integrating with other tools is basically null. The dashboard—and the platform overall—could also use a few more color combinations for graph comparisons to make them easier to distinguish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
