Lolerflow Reviews & Product Details

Lolerflow is a LOLER inspection software built for UK lifting companies to streamline thorough examinations and ensure full compliance. Inspectors complete inspections directly on their phone using a guided form that captures all required Schedule 1 fields. Once submitted, a compliant PDF report is generated instantly and sent to the client, removing the need for manual admin or follow-up. The system automatically tracks examination due dates for every asset, sending reminders before they become overdue and reducing the risk of non-compliance. All records are securely stored, fully searchable, and ready for audit at any time. Designed for real-world environments, Lolerflow works fully offline, allowing inspections to continue in low-signal areas and syncing data when connectivity returns. From £250 per month, it includes unlimited users and inspections, making it a simple, scalable solution for inspection companies of any size.
