It ingests logs from any source over the OpenTelemetry (OTLP) standard, lightweight agents, or a simple HTTP API, and stores them on a ClickHouse engine that delivers sub-200ms search across billions of events. Search runs on LPQL, a purpose-built, pipe-based query language designed for speed and readability. For teams who would rather ask than write queries, an AI Investigator turns plain-language questions into LPQL, runs them, correlates with deploys and related services, and explains what it found — with every query and log line shown, so engineers verify the answer instead of guessing. Beyond search, LogPulse is one platform across three layers. AI anomaly detection watches your data and alerts to Slack, email, and Microsoft Teams. Service Intelligence rolls logs up into service-level health, KPIs, dependency maps, and KPI anomaly detection. Security Monitoring (SIEM) adds MITRE ATT&CK-tagged detections, risk-based alerting that gives each entity one bounded 0–100 risk score, AI-investigated notables, threat intelligence, UEBA, and human-gated response actions (SOAR). Visual, drag-and-drop pipelines with 20+ managed templates shape and route data before it lands. LogPulse is EU-sovereign by design: all data is hosted in the EU and AI evaluation runs in an EU region, supporting NIS2 and GDPR requirements without US data transfers. Pricing is flat and predictable — billed per plan, not per gigabyte ingested or per host — with a free tier to get started. A built-in MCP server also lets AI agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex query your data through governed, read-only tools.
