The onboarding process was smooth and informative and the onboarding and support teams are usually helpful. The system works very well for standard, no-frills pick & pack operations. Our floor associates generally find the mobile processes easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Logiwa? The system can be fairly limiting for a 3PL. Most process configurations can only be done on a site-wide basis rather than client-specific. When change requests require development, they usually take a long time and it can seem like the Logiwa team is reluctant to offer a hard ETA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Logiwa solving and how is that benefiting you? Our previous WMS was extremely restrictive for e-commerce operations. There were many miscellaneous and confusing steps. Logiwa is very easy to use and not difficult to set up. With an amazing support team, you can pretty much solve any hurdle you may have and as well make custom options to fit your WMS needs. We needed to track all sorts of inventory, from 1 single item to very large equipment. With Logiwa LP Labels it reduced our picking time and increased our inventory accuracy.
