My only dislike is that I cannot clear my existing locations set up for replenishment all at once. Sometimes, it can be laborious to get to specific pages or information that you need navigating through several layers of filters and pages. Logiwa was easy to implement into our organization. New users are up and running in a matter of hours. It allows us to run a hybrid 3PL (B2B + DTC fulfillment) with high volumes and high levels of confidence. Speaking as a 3PL owner and user, our clients wish there were more reporting capabilities and demand forecasting features. The support team is really the value in the product. They are responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Even with a great implementation team supporting the onboarding, there are so many features that you will need continued support and guidance and they provide that. As a 3PL Warehouse, we needed a solution that could integrate with our customer's ecomemrce stores and shipping platforms. The obvious need for a powerful WMS system was there, but we also needed a software that would make our jobs easier. You can have a quick view of all information in one glance and you can customize the key things that you want to see. You can export that view as well in different report formats. What do you dislike about Logiwa? During onboarding, it felt like our implementation specialist had never spent time in a warehouse. The team is highly skilled in WMS and implementation, but this would be aided if they had boots on the ground. I think that every implementation should come with a visit to the client's facility. Logiwa has several features that make the system very user-friendly, including the ability to run multiple sessions simultaneously under the same user name. When we first started with Logiwa, resolving system errors through the help desk took time. The beauty of the system is that we can log in anywhere at any time to all three facilities to view our inventories. That allows us to be much more mobile in our day-to-day operations.
