"Seamless Cloud Printing with Fast Results and Smooth Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

I’m not a network printing administrator, but I was still able to follow the directions and the online training to get cloud printing up and running. Deployment was seamless, and printing happens almost instantaneously.

Integration with our custom application was also smooth and straightforward.

Given the benefits this has provided, the total cost of ownership has been negligible. We’re now actively evaluating other ways we can use it to address additional challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

At times, I found the instructions hard to follow, though that may have been because I wasn’t yet familiar with the technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Loftware Cloud Streamlines Multi-Station Access with Strong Role-Based Controls"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

Loftware Cloud has enabled quick access across multiple working stations in our company. It has become an essential feature for quick access and to streamline changes across different areas. One of the best features of Loftware Cloud is the ability to assign roles to different operators to distinguish between their ability to access certain features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

The one feature not as favorable is the constant login a user has to perform. Our performance declines if we have to login constantly to access the features, however, there are tons of security features that makes up for the constant logging in that needs to be done on a regular basis. "Easy Migration to Loftware Cloud with Strong Implementation Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

We were on a legacy version of Loftware and migrated to Loftware Cloud to get up to a supported version. The management interface was easy to learn and use especially with past experience. During the onboarding process we were having some struggles with performance with our Oracle database integration, but the implementation team stuck with us throughout the whole process and made sure we had a solution that met our needs with accuracy and speed. We are up and running without issue now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

We were a little frustrated with what seemed like consistently increasing costs each year, but unfortunately for us we really couldn't save any money by switching to another product especially when taking into consideration that our end users and help desk team are already comfortable with the interfaces. "Robust API Integration with Room for UI Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

I use Loftware Cloud for comprehensive management of labels, barcodes, QR codes, transactional documents, and enterprise-level printing. I like most its extraordinary API integration capabilities and the flexibility it offers to create customized solutions without architectural limitations. I also appreciate the well-documented APIs, which was an impressive discovery when I started using the platform. The initial setup was a rewarding and positive experience overall. What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

I would like the version control system to be more detailed because currently every time I modify a template, a new version is created. It's fine, but when I want to maintain multiple variations of the same template for different purposes, the interface isn't intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Labeling with Cloud Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

I use Loftware Cloud for overall labeling and packaging management, and it works wonderfully. It's become more than just technical software for me—it's a tool that ensures every plant, every team, and every distribution center uses the same standardized visual code, which is excellent. I like the visibility and transparency of the processes, and I love that any authorized team member can access the approved template in a second. Its intuitive cloud-based interface and powerful access control system make it even more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

I'd like a control panel with real-time usage and performance metrics, and greater flexibility in analytical reports would be excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Document Management and Automation Tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

I appreciate the ability to generate an audit report detailing who modified the document, when it was printed, and what data it contained. What I like most is that it functions as a dynamic record. Furthermore, its ability to scale the solution to different offices without requiring a local software reinstallation greatly simplifies the implementation of new projects, which is a significant advantage for me as a financial project manager. What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

Sometimes, approval workflows are too rigid for the agility our sector requires in the face of sudden regulatory changes, and we hope that the integration of the approval workflow for financial processes will be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Automation, Easy Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

I use Loftware Cloud for label printing on demand through our ERP system. I appreciate the ease of use, which is the best part about it. Once you set it up, you can just let it go and do its own thing with no intervention needed. The automation features are valuable because they lead to efficiency gains by allowing human workers to focus on other tasks. The initial setup was very easy since someone from their team walked us through it from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

Sometimes the service will pause or interrupt randomly with no notice to admins which causes stoppages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Cloud Printer Management with API-driven Label Construction"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

Review: Centralized printer management in the cloud, with software that integrates so any system can send data via the API provided by automation software to construct labels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

The login via the dev or prd instance doesn't allow you to be logged in to both at the same time; logging into one side logs you out of the other in the browser, which is annoying to deal with at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Automation with Dynamic, Data-Driven Fields"
4/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

Automation. Field content that can be hidden or displayed based on selected data from a linked database, such as a barcode, label text, or variable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

In the packaging department, it is advisable to use the installed version. Unfortunately, we very often have to authenticate the user in the cloud for use. Also, after authentication, the already licensed printers are not visible for a long time, which is why users often contact us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful tools, access from any location, and an intuitive interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Loftware Cloud?

The ability to use the software from any local or remote location, the power of the available tools. It is possible to limit the use to only certain tools for those who do not need to use advanced functions; on the other hand, an administrator can also create complex automations for advanced functions. The user interface is simple to understand and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loftware Cloud?

Sometimes it is not very easy to identify the cause of malfunctions, which are usually related to Loftware updates or the operating system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
