LiftOff is a task marketplace that helps businesses find and hire the right people for individual pieces of work, without the overhead of a full recruitment process. Teams post a task describing what they need, and LiftOff's AI matching engine shortlists candidates by fit: evaluating skills, experience, availability and track record against the brief, then returning a ranked set of matches. Instead of screening a high volume of inbound applications or manually searching profiles, hiring managers review a short list of genuinely relevant people and make a decision. LiftOff is used for one-off projects, overflow capacity, and specialist work that doesn't justify a permanent hire.
