LiftOff Reviews & Product Details

LiftOff is a task marketplace that helps businesses find and hire the right people for individual pieces of work, without the overhead of a full recruitment process. Teams post a task describing what they need, and LiftOff's AI matching engine shortlists candidates by fit: evaluating skills, experience, availability and track record against the brief, then returning a ranked set of matches. Instead of screening a high volume of inbound applications or manually searching profiles, hiring managers review a short list of genuinely relevant people and make a decision. LiftOff is used for one-off projects, overflow capacity, and specialist work that doesn't justify a permanent hire. Because matching is driven by the task brief rather than keyword search, teams spend less time filtering and more time on the work itself. LiftOffUK Ltd is based in the United Kingdom
