LIDD Reviews & Provider Details

LIDD is a supply chain consulting firm that helps organizations design, build, and improve the physical, digital, and operational infrastructure behind their supply chains. Headquartered in Montreal, the firm has more than 170 supply chain experts across offices in Montreal, Toronto, Los Angeles, and Atlanta, and has worked with more than 750 clients ranging from pre-revenue startups to Fortune 100 companies. LIDD began in warehouse and network design and added capabilities as its clients' needs evolved: warehouse management systems in 2012, enterprise resource planning in 2016, planning and orchestration in 2023, and business intelligence in 2025. Today it supports clients from initial strategy through execution across three practices. The Supply Chain Advisory practice covers network strategy, warehouse and distribution center design, automation evaluation, inventory optimization, supply chain planning and S&OP, operations audits, and insourcing versus 3PL decisions. The Digital Transformation practice helps clients select, implement, and support ERP, WMS, supply chain planning, CRM, and analytics platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Oracle NetSuite, Kinaxis, Generix SOLOCHAIN, Infios, Salesforce, and Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The Project Services Office provides program and project management, governance, change management, and data-driven project intelligence so that transformation projects land on time, on budget, and with strong user adoption. LIDD serves food and beverage, consumer goods, retail and e-commerce, distribution, manufacturing, industrial and automotive, fashion and apparel, home and leisure, and health, beauty, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as private equity firms. Its dedicated non-profit practice works with food banks to improve cold-chain performance and modernize operations. The firm's consultants bring hands-on operating experience to every engagement, and their work follows three principles: treat the client's capital as their own, move quickly without cutting corners, and recommend what works rather than what is expected.
