The Project Services Office provides program and project management, governance, change management, and data-driven project intelligence so that transformation projects land on time, on budget, and with strong user adoption. LIDD serves food and beverage, consumer goods, retail and e-commerce, distribution, manufacturing, industrial and automotive, fashion and apparel, home and leisure, and health, beauty, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as private equity firms. Its dedicated non-profit practice works with food banks to improve cold-chain performance and modernize operations. The firm's consultants bring hands-on operating experience to every engagement, and their work follows three principles: treat the client's capital as their own, move quickly without cutting corners, and recommend what works rather than what is expected.
