Lexly Reviews & Product Details

Lexly is an AI contract platform for freelancers, founders and small businesses who need to create, understand and sign contracts without enterprise legal tools or hourly lawyers. Contract Forge drafts a complete, jurisdiction-aware contract from a plain-English description in about 60 seconds (NDA, freelance, consulting, employment, SLA and 45+ more templates). Every clause can be edited, explained or rewritten with AI. Contract Sense reviews any contract you've been sent: each clause explained in plain English, a 0-100 risk score, and red flags such as one-sided termination, IP grabs, unlimited liability and auto-renewal traps, each with a fairer alternative. Built-in e-signature produces a SHA-256 sealed PDF with a full audit trail, valid under ESIGN (US), eIDAS (EU), ECA (UK) and the IT Act (India). Signed contracts are stored in the Contract Vault with expiry reminders. Free tools need no signup: an NDA / freelance contract generator and a clause risk checker. Paid plans start at $19/month with a 7-day free trial.
