If I use it to ask the customer or the cardholder for verification or to prevent fraud, they sometimes get mad. It is a good legal research online tool and provides a diverse array of materials. It has good filters such as specific issues or specific legal practice areas which often come in handy. What do you dislike about LexisNexis RiskView? It's best thing can also be a pain as the search engine can give too wide an array of materials than desired, making the job more time-consuming. The software is a little difficult to use for first-time users. There is a lot of information clutter that can be simplified the reading too can be made more easy.
