Lemonsignal Reviews & Product Details

Lemonsignal is an AI skills assessment for hiring. It shows hiring teams how candidates really work with AI. Candidates do a real task from the job in the AI tool they already use: Claude Code, Codex, Claude Cowork or ChatGPT. You get a score for the role, six AI skills (Understand, Brief, Check, Correct, Sign off, Reuse) and a replay of the candidate's whole conversation with the AI. Every score links to the moment it came from. Tasks exist for engineering, product, design, marketing, data and finance, or we turn real work from your team into a task. Someone who has done the job scores each candidate against a scoring sheet written before anyone takes the task. Try it free on 3 candidates. Packages from $300, monthly plans from $399.
