LeapScores Reviews & Product Details

LeapScores is meet management software for gymnastics meet directors. Registration, payments, USA Gymnastics sync, scoring, live results, awards and the books all live in one place, so you're not juggling six tools and a stack of paper. If you have a USAG sanction, pick LeapScores as your registration vendor and the meet builds itself from USAG: registrations, roster, coaches and judges. Adds, scratches and level changes sync on their own, and every gymnast, coach and judge is checked against USAG membership. Clubs register and pay by card or bank transfer, the money goes straight to your own bank account, and each club gets its invoice the moment it signs up. On meet day, judges scan a QR code on the tablet and start scoring. No logins. You can drag and drop rotations from your phone, and every change reaches coaches' e-rotation sheets and the judge tablets. If the venue Wi-Fi is bad, LeapScores Offline runs the whole meet from one Windows computer on the local network and syncs when the internet comes back. Scores, places and team standings post to MeetScoresOnline and ScoreCat as judges enter them. Awards are ready when the last score lands. Parents follow their gymnast free with Track My Gymnast, and the scores are filed with USA Gymnastics the morning after your last session. LeapScores was built by a gym owner who hosts meets. Pay per meet, priced by how many sessions you run, every feature included.
