"Intuitive Visitor Identification That Supercharges Sales Targeting"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Being able to identify previously unknown website visitors and turn them into actionable sales opportunities is a huge advantage. The platform is intuitive, and the data provided is helping our sales and marketing teams carry out much more effective targeting.

It is also incredibly useful to have a dedicated account manager who we have regualar calls with and who is always on hand to assist with functionality and provides insights into our usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Some of the data can occasionally feel a little vague, particularly for smaller businesses or less well-known domains and can require additional research to fully qualify leads as it's a bit of a guessing game sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic Rep and a Wealth of Lead Insights with Lead Forensics"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Patrick Malone is a fantastic rep. We had some hiccups with lead forensics until we were given Patrick as a rep. He is constantly looking for ways to improve the information that they are generating for us and ways to improve what they are able to do overall. Lead forensics is great for newer/up and coming businesses that need that push to find customers. It is a great way to see who you need to reach out to to get those leads. There is a TON of information you can get by utilizing Lead Forensics correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Lead forensics was just not for us. I see the amazing potential that this can offer to many other business. The information we were receiving was mostly existing customers as we have been a well established business for over 50 years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lead Forensics: Essential for Quality Leads"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I use Lead Forensics for prospecting new businesses to call for outings at our ballpark. It helps me see who is viewing our website and what they are looking at, so I can have warmer leads. One of my favorite features is being able to look up specific contacts at the company, which helps me find who I am looking for. It helps me find emails and phone numbers of direct contacts in the company, allowing me to get through company gatekeepers and get more outings. The initial setup was easy because they have great resources and a great team to train. Lead Forensics is a great resource. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

"Intuitive, Detailed Visitor Insights That Help Drive New Business"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Gaining insight into our website visitors has been really helpful, especially for reaching out to potential contacts and finding new business. The menu layout is intuitive, the reporting is detailed, and there’s a wide range of customisable options. The use of tokens to access lead information is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I don’t have any specific pain points. If you’re using the built-in CRM, it would be helpful to have a few additional sections in the pipeline to better refine and track interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gamechanger for our group"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

I love that it tells you exactly what companies in your area are looking at. I love that it has top decision makers' contact information at your fingertips. It's super easy to use. It took just a few days to get it up and running to its full potential. Sam is the best; he answers all of my questions when I have them. It helped us catch extra revenue we were leaving on the table because we didn't know who was looking at our website. I use it everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

I don't like that it doesn't integrate with our CRM (Score). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turning Anonymous Website Traffic into Actionable Sales Opportunities"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

From a marketing perspective, Lead Forensics turns anonymous website visits into identifiable opportunities. It gives our sales team real, actionable data, including what potential customers are interested in and how often they return to the site. That level of insight is incredibly valuable.

It also provides clear visibility into where our traffic is coming from, allowing me to evaluate keyword performance and make informed adjustments to our Google Ads campaigns.

Beyond the platform itself, the support team at Lead Forensics is outstanding. The software is powerful, but their guidance ensures we are fully utilizing its capabilities.

We are also using the Lead Forensics AI chatbot on our website, which has significantly improved the user experience. It helps visitors quickly find the information they need while guiding them toward taking action, such as submitting a contact form. Once again, the support behind this tool has been exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Honestly, it is difficult to find any real drawbacks with Lead Forensics. The only challenge I have encountered is when dealing with larger companies. Since the platform does not identify the specific individual visiting the site, it can make it more difficult to pinpoint and reach the right contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lead Forensics Turns Website Traffic Into Accurate, Actionable Leads"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

Lead Forensics is an excellent tool for monitoring website traffic and turning that data into meaningful leads. The matched data is accurate and helps confirm the identity of the visiting entity as well as their location. Overall, it feels like an essential part of the toolbox for any sales or business development executive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

Whilst Lead Forensics provides accurate data about web visitors in terms of organisation and location, including date/time, it relies on matching IP addresses. This works well for visitors from companies with a static IP, but if someone is working from home, data protection regulations can prevent IP addresses from being identified. As a result, those visitors cannot be tracked or matched accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Support, Easy-to-Use UI, and In-Depth Website Analytics"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

You get allocated an account manager who is always free for frequent meetings and training with flexible hours. There are multiple training sessions that help get accommodated with the system which is very easy to use with a good user interface. The team are extremely helpful with frequent checkups and constant support. The website is very effective and can be altered to suit individual needs. The website is really simple to integrate to the website and shows in depth analytics of each page. The website is both helpful for allocating leads and gathering intel on marketing, showing what marketing campaigns work well and where they leads customers to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

One slight issue was at first a lot of customers were visiting the website just for service or parts numbers. However, I worked with my account manger to change the leads allocated to try to decrease the likelihood of this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowered Our Sales & Marketing Teams with Insightful Data"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

We use Lead Forensics to support the outbound sales process and better understand who we're driving to our website. It helps fill information gaps in the sales process, giving us insights into which parts of our website resonate with audiences. We really like the combination of website intent data with contact data, which aids our sales team's outbound efforts by helping them take action based on companies engaging with our website. The customer service team has been a great help too, assisting us proactively in understanding best practices and tailoring Lead Forensics to our sales and marketing processes, ensuring we optimize the system. The initial setup was very easy too. Special mention to Dee and Ryan in the Lead Forensics team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Lead Tracking and Customer Engagement Tool"
What do you like best about Lead Forensics?

This tool excels at showing you which companies have visited your website, what they viewed, and how long they spent on each item. I find it very user-friendly, making it simple to reach out to potential leads. It’s also valuable for customer service and upselling to existing customers. The daily and weekly email summaries help me stay updated on website activity without taking up too much of my time, allowing me to respond quickly to new leads. Jack, our Customer Success Manager, is always helpful and provides individual support to clarify data and generate reports. The virtual group training sessions I’ve attended have been well-structured and thoughtfully implemented, offering plenty of insights and actionable ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lead Forensics?

One of the most time-consuming aspects of using the software is researching a contact. Since we often interact with many individuals within a business, it can be challenging to determine exactly who was viewing the website. The Catering Managers, who are usually our primary contacts, are rarely listed among the available contacts or on LinkedIn. As a result, I often find myself having to make phone calls without knowing the specific person to ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
