Lead Caviar is a missed-call text-back service built specifically for trade businesses such as HVAC contractors, plumbers, electricians, and general contractors. When a call to the business owner's mobile phone goes unanswered, Lead Caviar automatically sends an SMS to the caller, asks a short series of questions, and captures structured lead information: the caller's name, service address, the issue or work they need, and the urgency level. The completed lead is then delivered to the business owner via SMS and email, so they can follow up directly without listening to a voicemail or sitting at a desk. Lead Caviar runs on the owner's existing mobile carrier through conditional call forwarding. There is no new phone number to remember, no app to install, and no carrier change required. Setup takes about two minutes: the owner dials one short forwarding code on their phone, and missed calls begin routing to Lead Caviar's assigned line. A Standard tier captures missed-call leads through an SMS conversation. A Pro tier adds voicemail capture with AI transcription and structured lead extraction, so callers who leave a voicemail are also delivered as actionable leads.
