The training resources are mostly text-based and not interactive at all. It's hard to learn the LMS admin settings and Zoola analytics from reading blocks of text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lambda Suite?

The reporting is top notch - very customizable and the team is quick to respond to our requests for assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lambda Suite?

you have to be an equal partner with the team to get what you want created. for example when our marketing team was sending edits on the format of customer emails - the lambda team made use go and create fake user accounts in order to have the system send us the email templates for review. You would think their team could generate those and send them to us for review, rather than force us to go create some dummy accounts repeatedly in order to see what we're working on. Most of the service works this way, you go in and create 'tickets' to their help desk for items you need actioned and they assign it to a representative that works on the case. The team is very flexible and will find a solution for you. Be up front about the requirements you have and ask how much involvement your team will need in order for successful implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The built-in certificate feature does not provide enough flexibility to generate different templates. We use it for continuing education purposes, and we cannot have different templates for Quebec vs. the rest of the Canadian provinces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lambda Suite?

I think the price is right for a small to mid level organization looking for an LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lambda Suite?

The interface is fairly rigid. It's not easy to add needed features that enhance the student experience. The ability to have different layouts that make the UX better requires a lot of custom development which takes in turn, takes a lot of time.
