They have had prompt, effective service support. The onboarding experience and 1 to 1 education was fantastic and they have helped us with all our challenges, concerns and been super friendly and responsive while doing it. I have made good use of the additional Totara Academy which has really helped as well. Extra webinars and timely messages really helped also. **What do you dislike about Lambda Suite?** Lambda is based on the West Coast which sometimes made working with East Coast time a challenge. However, they were very flexible and even assigned a support agent to us from the East Coast. **Recommendations to others considering Lambda Suite:** Great Suite of programs that really help to meet our business needs. Lambda Suite is supported by and excellent team that is very customer focused and friendly! **What problems is Lambda Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using the Lambda Suite we've been able to create a one stop shop for all our training webinars to live and be accessed anytime. We are able to easily share learning resources that were in many different places before. Now everything is organized, searchable and in one location for our staff to access. Staff wanted the skills and knowledge for their jobs defined. We are now able to set clear learning paths for all our staff, then track their completion of that training. This is particularly helpful as we move to a new staff model. Staff are really enjoying the new "MYLIB" our internal name for the system, and all it's capabilities as well as customization that we've done. They are very supportive and five prompt replies **What do you dislike about Lambda Suite?** That there are many technical professionals who work with us and for each slightly complicated issue we have explain what was done in our platform from the scratch. It takes hours some times. It would be great if they have some notes about the platform available for related features. The other thing is functionality. With developing of other LMSs it is getting more and more challenging to keep the platform up-to-date from user experience perspective (for learners is is too challenging to learn, for admins it is too complicates and time consuming to set everything up). **Recommendations to others considering Lambda Suite:** First of all decide which main type of content will you use. If it is content to be built in Moodle itself then consider, if external content, like SCORM, TIN CAN or CMI5, I would not reccomend. **What problems is Lambda Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Updates, redesign and adding new functionality. That's amazing there a whole support team who can find available options, help with testing and setting up. 2. Technical issues. It is great to get help from Support Team in solving the technical issues. 3. Statistics. One of the critical things that open-sourced platforms are dedicating their attention to is usability and user experience. Themes, proper presentation of content and added functionalities are all extremely helpful tools to minimize the learning curve of end-users. Learning any platform for the first time can be tricky with no previous experience in LMSs; that is why we have unlimited support to help guide and address our client's needs. We agree that creating content directly in the LMS is easiest. SCORM is a great tool that can add a lot of gamification and improve the look and feel of the content; however, it has its complexities. ### 27. They provide the absolute best support service of any tech company I've ever encountered. I had worked with two other LMS services prior and there is no comparison. Issues, which are very rare with Lambda, are dealt with quickly, communications are always clear and easy to follow, and the attitude is friendly (you will never feel like you've asked a stupid question). My organization uses Moodle, particularly for the security it offers; Lambda staff know the platform very well and suggest ways to optimize our use. We also use Zoola, Lambda's analytics tool, for reporting purposes; it's very flexible and its capabilities seem to be constantly expanding. **What do you dislike about Lambda Suite?** Lambda is really invested in its customers and sometimes gets in contact with our organization a little too often to see what we need. Not really complaining. It's just weird! **What problems is Lambda Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoola helped me really reduce the time I spend creating quarterly reports. It's easy to show less tech savvy staff to grab the data too. I don't dislike anything except perhaps having to upgrade our LMS at a time when we have a lot of new students registering. Having our OPO Managers being able to create/assign/edit their staff rather than going through AOPO since we have over 8,000 user accounts. Several glitches have occurred through updates.
