KYP Reviews & Product Details

KYP is a planning and project management platform built specifically for construction. It helps contractors, site managers, project partners, and work planners stay in control of their plans, projects, and people from pre-construction through to handover. The construction sector faces persistent challenges: staff shortages, fragmented communication, unreliable subcontractors, and a lack of standardization across projects. KYP addresses these by connecting planning, execution, and performance data in one platform. KYP is the market leader in the Netherlands and is rapidly expanding into Belgium, the DACH region, and the United Kingdom. The product suite consists of five modules. KYP Plan covers work preparation, including BIM integration, standard activities, key figures, and location-based or LEAN planning. KYP Project manages execution from detailed project schedules and partner coordination to site execution schedules and compliance assurance. KYP People handles staff and resource planning across projects, including site labour, UTA, and personal task overviews. KYP Predict turns project data into benchmarks and performance insights for future projects. KYP Process standardizes internal workflows and quality processes. What sets KYP apart is its focus on the full chain: not just the main contractor, but also project partners and subcontractors who need to coordinate capacity and tasks across multiple clients and projects. Everyone works from the same up-to-date schedule, which reduces waiting time, miscommunication, and failure costs. KYP is trusted by leading construction companies including BAM, Pellikaan, Trebbe, and Ten Brinke.
