I like that KonfHub is simple to use with great features that are very easy to access. The referral contest feature is particularly valuable because it has enabled us to sell more tickets. The initial setup for our event was very, very easy, and there’s really nothing I find lacking at the moment—it’s really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently had the opportunity to attend the GoTo Conference in Bangalore, and I must say, it was one of the most professionally organized tech events I’ve experienced in recent times. Hats off to ConfCub for delivering an event that stood out not just in content but in execution and attendee experience.
From the moment I arrived, the entire event flow felt smooth and thoughtfully managed. The registration process was seamless, with minimal wait time and clear guidance. But what impressed me the most was how they leveraged technology to enhance networking. The dedicated event app made it incredibly easy to connect with other attendees, schedule meetups, and keep track of sessions—turning what is usually a passive experience into an engaging, collaborative one.
Beyond logistics, the overall vibe of the event was energetic and well-curated. Whether it was the choice of sessions, the quality of speakers, or the ease of navigating the venue, everything reflected meticulous planning and attention to detail.
Great events don’t just happen—they’re built by teams who care about creating meaningful experiences. Kudos to the ConfCub team for raising the bar and setting an inspiring example for tech conferences in India. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did notice a few areas where the event app could be improved to make it even better.
There were a few minor bugs in the app that occasionally affected the user experience.
Navigation within the app—especially when switching between sessions, attendee profiles, or chat features—could be made more intuitive.
A more polished UI and smoother transitions would go a long way in making it a truly seamless tool for engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limited customization options and tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform offers easy registration management, making it simple to handle event sign-ups. Bulk uploads are supported, which streamlines the process of adding multiple participants at once. The automated ticketing system works efficiently, and the check-in process is smooth and hassle-free. Whenever I needed help, the chat support provided quick assistance. I also appreciate the analytics features and the ability to download detailed reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform offers limited options for customizing the event page design, which can be restrictive. There are also constraints on bulk uploads, making it less convenient to manage large amounts of data. Additionally, the volume of email notifications can become overwhelming. Another drawback is the absence of a check-out system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
