What do you like best about KnowledgeHound?

This is a singular data ingestion platform. It's not a bunch of decks. It's actually a search that allows you to work with the raw data for on-demand analysis.

The flexibility has been a game changer at our company - who likes doing a presentation only to have somebody raise their hand and ask "well, what about this cut?" Normally we'd have to go back and create new tabulations, new visualizations, and then get back to that person. Now, if you use their storyboard application, you can do it in-presentation. The crowd will be wowed.

Also, it's just a great repository for that "Did we ever do research on..." question that comes up so often. It makes our research library self-service. No more of this searching through old decks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowledgeHound?

It's a search engine, so search relevancy will be an issue (even Google isn't perfect.) KnowledgeHound requires some up-front thinking to make sure that your metadata is clear and representative so that the exploration experience is mostly positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
