What do you like best about KnowledgeHound?

Very intuitive to use - required very little training for organization to start using.

Accepts all kinds of files/media.

Users can find data just by searching via key words. Don't have to know what study/project they're looking for.

Also like they connect directly with research vendors... saves us time, by removing us from being the middle man to upload studies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Searches aren't 'sticky'. Can't just 'backup' to modify a search... have to start over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KnowledgeHound?

I love how easy it is to use. I use far more complicated stat packages like JMP and SPSS but nothing beats how easy it is to run a quick cross tab, break the data into views I need, etc. I also love how my partners can quickly ask/answer their own questions. That makes decision making far faster (and clears my plate :). Last but not least THANK YOU for the data visualization. You make ti easy to quickly "get" the story. What do you dislike about KnowledgeHound?

I wish I could click on any given quant data point and better understand the "why" behind it. I know that's not a current service, but I wish that existed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
